  • Asadong Lengua a popular dish during occasions in our homes. A cut above our special pork asado wherein we decided to make it a bit more fancy. Braised tongue meat immersed in brimming tomato infused sauce with the zesty taste of Calamansi balancing out the Flavors. And yes we use Cola instead of plain sugar. Our family's dirty secret, try it! Lets Eat!
    INGREDIENTS
    2 kilos Beef Tongue
    1 small pack Tomato Paste
    3 Tomatoes
    4 cloves Garlic
    1 Onion
    1 teaspoon Black Pepper
    MARINADE
    20pcs. Calamansi
    2 cans Coke
    1 cup Soy Sauce
    1 teaspoon Black Pepper
    2 Onions
    2 heads Garlic
