    Degree as a qualification was always a big concern for me, this law is a must and will help so many professionals who have worked many years in their home country and has all the skills needed but not the degree for any reason.

      Finally German govt is also ready to acknowledge skills over paper qualifications!

      Just a point here, you are very near to your destination, and the final effort is all that’s needed

      @@FirangiFiles Thank you brother, sure my first aim is to secure the job asap and never get demotivated is case of job rejection. Thanks again.
      I need little help from you regarding health insurance, in my visa confirmation email they mentioned "Travel Health Insurance"
      So I purchased only travel insurance and sent for the visa stamping.
      I got stamped visa on my passport, now I need to buy health insurance. I tried to research and finalise one insurance but ended up with confusion. As there are many companies who provide insurance for students and employed people, but which one to purchase for the JSV? If anything you can suggest in this it would be helpful.
      Thanks in advance.

      German language only enhances your chances of getting Visa. It is NOT a mandatory requirement

    i have applied for the blue card and it has been 4 weeks already passed and i requested the ausländerbehörde about the process they told me they have been waiting for the approval from the ZAV (agentur für arbeit) why it is taking that much delay

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  9 місяців тому

      It all depends on Ausländer Behorde and ZAV
      however, I suggest try emailing ABH and ask for speedy ZAV approval. You may mention that your Job start date is already near and only because of zav approval, you are idling
      Sometimes some ABH can follow up with ZAV and get quicker results

    Hi, I am having JSV appointment scheduled in November only so is it possible if my JSV got rejected then can I apply for Chancenkarte? Or is it like to wait for 6 months again?

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  9 місяців тому

      If you get JSV, it’s not mandatory to actually travel to Germany. You can just have it and start applying for jobs in Germany mentioning in bold that you possess valid JSV
      For Chance Karte, at the moment no clear picture can be made, however if you qualify all parameters of it, there may be a possibility to convert JSV to chance karte ( however nothing is currently confirmed)

    • @FirangiFiles

      I believe, by Nov situation may be more clear regarding Chance Karte. However there is no harm in aoplying for JSV, as it will itself take atleast 6 months

    Switching jobs in Germany can be challenging. If you’re considering coming for a lower salary, think twice. Additionally, the German language becomes crucial once you’re in the country

      Hi
      Ideally, Part Time jobs in Germany means jobs upto max 20 Hrs per week
      Such jobs are not allowed on JSV
      However, a Probe Arbeit, I.e. test/evaluation jobs are allowed to a max of 10 hrs per week on JSV.

      Hi, I believe you should focus on Technical skills instead of Sales / admin roles.
      With Tech roles, you have a lot more chances of Employement, that too with little or no German. For sales profiles, you must be fluent in German language
