- UK Skilled Worker Visa is introduced in January 2021. A skilled worker visa is going to replace Tier 2 Visa in the UK. We will talk about the differences between skilled worker visas and tier 2 visas in the UK and what these changes mean for international students in the UK. Work visa sponsorship will be required if you will not be switching to post-study work visa, but the new point-based system does have many advantages for international students in the UK in 2021. HI, does this also apply to spouses under the Tier 4 visa or it is only applying to the Student alone?
One year IGS(graduate route) availed right after my master degree in 2006, if I do one year master from UK again in 2021/22, would I be eligible to get 2 years PSW or not?

Hi, need your help, I am currently on T4 visa, I have gone through all steps of interviews as a programmer with an investment bank in Glasgow, they updated I have passed all levels of interviews and they will be releasing the offer in days, but the recruiter came back and said that even if I’m applying for graduate visa by own, they aren’t providing a visa sponsorship in future so they aren’t providing offer, what can I do in this stage?

If the company doesn’t have a license then they have to get one in order to sponsor you for a skilled worker visa

usually the undergraduate degree done in English can be used as a evidence of language proficiency, but I recommend asking professionals for this type of help, as I am not a qualified immigration lawyer

Very recently I had an job offer and the employer is working on my COS (for skilled worker visa). I was wondering if there any possibility of my visa getting rejected if I am transferring the visa this soon.

@@abdulvahab1025 this was a response to whether you can work more than 20 hours per week as a student, sorry I am not clear what is your question exactly.
@@harshini2741 You cannot work more than 20 hrs/ week when u r on student visa, however there are certain instance where u can do full time work or more than 20hrs per week, such as term break and so on. However you need to discuss further this with your college or Uni and they can provide you with a letter where you need to submit this to you employer.
Valeria , what happens post expiry of psw ( 2 years) ? What if the companies do not wish to give you sponsorship ?
You must switch to a new visa after 2 years or you would have to leave the UK

When I have the time, I do add English subtitles, but it is not always possible as it is very time consuming. I do have consultations on my website that can help you decide which course could be best for your profile. I am not able to recommend a course based on a UA-cam comment, your chances of obtaining Tier 2 job does not only depend on the course you study.
