Its possible, but only in exceptional cases. You need to convince / give concrete proof to Visa Granting Officer that there is no one else to take care of your baby. Also, you need to submit concrete proof of your job search plans in Germany
Hello Sir I am from india. Currently working in Hungary. I got Employment Contract From German Employer For Germany. In which all mentioned my salary accommodation everything. Tell me Still i need Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis from Employer or Only Employment Contract is enough from employer to apply Employment Visa? Please help me
Hi, I Am 99% sure that EZB will be required. Its kind of authorized dokument for ABH from employer side. Ch3eck this video also on EZB: ua-cam.com/video/P1lAq-3zaIo/v-deo.html
currently have a student visa for Germany and my_qualifications are 3 years of experience in QA software testing. So I was thinking whether I should choose the path of student visa and try for jobs and convert it into work, since I lost interest in masters. Or should I apply from India itself for jobs that offer visa sponsorship or come there in job seeker visa and try or trying for a job in student visa and converting it. I am totally confused on making a decision, your suggestions will be a huge help to me.
Happy diwali siddharth. Another option 4 is do a combination of these. Half of JSV period be in india and try to get some help from job search consultancy / Head hunters / Immigration experts , and rest half take a long leave and come to germany. Expenses are managed and also you will how good is the response from HR
Happy Diwali to you and your family, Siddharth. Well explained video and insights. I'm kind of falling in to the 3rd option but just waiting to finish my B2. Also, can you make a video about the current economical situation with recession, the AFD getting more visibility.
Thanks a lot for this video❤. It has been very useful and beautifully explained as I had concern if I can get JSV and apply from India only. So I understood from the video that yes it is possible and there is no need to move to germany, not required to be present physically in Germany unless required through past interviews. I was very very worried about accommodation for option 3. Please clarify if am wrong anywhere.
Hi, Cybersec profis are high in demand in almost all companies. Hence, which ever city you stay in makes no difference for interviewer. Especially, as first round of interview is in 90% cases done online. Only thing you should clearly mention your readines to relocate to join the job. Just to add, I made a dedicated video "JSV city selection", check that thoroughly
Hi, I have 15+ years experience in Java. Recently I got 4 offers in 2 months in Chennai. I am planning to come with JVS next year, considering my experience & confidence on clearing interviews in India, how feasible to get one job in 6 months in Germany? Also how much openings will it be in Germany compared to Chennai or any other cities in India? Please advise whether is it worth on taking this risk (I have to resign no other option for me)?
There is no simple answer to your query. Every profile is entirely different than another, hence no one can answer even with 10% accuracy. I suggest, please check all my videos with JSV in subject line. Especially the videos over JSV risk and JSV Failures. You will soon be able to evaluate your own profile and accordingly take an informed decision. Check this: ua-cam.com/video/GmLr-Ux_6gw/v-deo.html
Hi Siddharth…one more query, usually how long does it take to get visa appointment from Bangalore location or any location. Is there a standard time line because I hear few say 4-8 weeks and some even said they have applied and no response from last 4 months..what is your view on this please…
Hi Siddharth, Thanks for the detailed video. Finally I got my JSV. during JSV appointment i had provided my proposed city as Leipzig. But now I find that accomodation in Chemnitz is even cheaper. So if I get a suitable apartment in Chemnitz, can I do anmeldung directly in Chemnitz? If yes, then will the process take longer? My 2nd question is, In which city is the JSV to blue card conversion process faster?
Hi Vijay Congratulations I suggest check thoroughly all my videos with JSV in subject line. It will help you avoid pitfalls and help make informed decisions I have already made dedicated videos exactly on the two questions you posted
@@FirangiFiles Hi Siddharth, Thanks for your reply. I just saw your "JSV City Change" Video. so I would stick to doing anmeldung at "Leipzig", which is the one I mentioned in my JSV application.

I have query, do I still need to show sufficuent funds to get JSV? Assuming I won't be moving physically rather will apply from India. Please advise.
Certainly
Without sufficient funds, JSV application will not be processed
Alternatively, Blocked account may be required to be opened

( However some travel/ health insurance are not )
If the jobseeker already has C1 level German, then I believe he/she can take the risk of resigning the job and jumping into Germany with a JSV .
Definitely
