No side-effects? Brilliant! I have rather severe side-effects, even from the very first 0.5mg dose. And every time I change the dose I become confused for a couple days. I had vivid dreams at the very low doses but I became accustomed to these. Beginning somewhere around 1.5mg I developed insomnia as well as the typical effects of lack of sleep. I have feelings of nausea at any dosage, although the nausea became more cyclical above 3.5mg, with mild nausea during the 90 minutes after taking the dose and moderate to intense nausea during the period 14-22 hours after taking LDN. It seems my personal MED (maximally effective dose) is 4.0mg, and the benefits definitely fell off at 5mg. Whew! I do want to stress that I had a period of about 1 week when I was quite functional. Like, 85% reduction in LC symptoms. I pressed into this too hard and finally crashed on the 6th day. I attempted to increase the dose and found diminishing benefit. I am now working to lower the dose and perhaps (if I am fortunate) I can find a dose that will sustain the benefits indefinitely. Fingers crossed! 🤞

For all to consider ; may I suggest eliminating the food diet of any person envolved here. To illuminate conflict factors. Use a diet from the blood type diet chart. Which matches the your blood type chemistry to the chemistry of the food. Compatibility is the proper word You’ll find foods that work well with certain blood types and some that conflect This is logical to me And a list of foods that are neutral.

This is all well and good , but you first must find a Doctor that has at least some knowledge that LDN even exists , then he or she has to have some back ground knowledge on all of the off label success stories from other clinicians that have successfully treated their patients with LDN ! I personally have found neither and it's mission impossible to educate a " Medical Professional " on the use of a Pharmaceutical after all who is the " Medical Professional " here ?? Even the desk clerks at a Doctors office think that you are just pill shopping if you are so bold to inform them of LDN existence , after all that "Naprexone" , sure enough sounds like some sort of " let's get funky drug " to the uneducated Office desk clerk, I know because it happened to me today as soon as I brought up LDN her entire voice and demeanor changed in a second and she said that I needed to go some where else if I wanted pills and then said Goodbye and hung up the phone !

Thanks. I am not sure on cold showers for long covid: it does seem to at least temporarily improve my mood/energy. However, my experience with long covid is that stress is one of the surest ways to cause a PEM crash and worse symptoms, and cold is undoubtedly stressful. I felt like early on in my long covid it might have been too stressful for my body. However, cold is supposed to be like spicy food: a "eustress" which is a mild stressor that has paradoxical effects. I might have to give it another try (long covid 13 months now...)

God wants all of us to be his children. He wants all of us to be saved. None of us know the day or the hour that we will pass, which is why the day of salvation is an urgent call! He doesn’t want us to delay - not for one minute. Every time we choose not to repent, we continue to live in sin and our hearts get harder. You are a sinner under the penalty of death, believe In the death and resurrection of Jesus who took our punishment for us for the forgiveness of sins and you will be saved and have eternal life. It may take time, start now, call to Jesus with a humble heart what ever happens however long it takes keep calling.

I took Nattokinase for about as week or so taking 10,666 FUs a day. I have dealing with some high BP and it was working well, after about 4 days my blood pressure dropped to normal levels consistently. Unfortunately, at about 8 days in I started feel really weak and not well at all. I developed a red rash in my mouth and tongue with spots/sores on my tongue My tongue was totally coated and my upper chest looked sunburned, it itched a lot. Well, this was an allergic reaction so I stopped taking the supplement immediately, I caught it before it got worse! I did some research and discovered that Nattokinase can have extreme and dangerous allergic reactions. It's the fermentation of the soy bean "enzyme" that make it allergic to some people and some folks are just allergic to soy, I'm not. Sometimes you can take it for a while and suddenly develop an allergic reaction and some may never have an allergic reaction. I'm not against this supplement. I wish I could still take it, it was working. So, if your supplementing Nattokinase, just be aware of possible allergic reactions, they are not as uncommon as you'd think! If you start having some allergic reaction symptoms, stop the Nattokinase immediately. and don't hesitate to go to the doctor if you need to. It could save your life.

Some insights from someone who has been doing this 7+ and struggled with ME/CFS for 20+ years, you do not have to rush this or push this or do ice baths for 5+ minutes, or a bunch of deep breathing rounds, its more about the long term of building resilience and bringing about change, change in the nervous system, change in the symptoms/processing of symptoms and healing. For me it has been more about doing small things, less clothes in winter, walking in the cold and wet sometimes, standing out on the cold grass barefoot at night, putting hands under a cold tap daily during winter, having as much cold of a cold shower as I like, with a hot shower in between. It becomes a lifestyle where you simply build tolerance over time doing many little things, while adding some breathing technique and meditation in between it all which further helps you adjust. You can dial down the breathing as well and do it slower, and even do like oxygen advantage type breathing or buteyko, focusing on creating deep states of relaxation with retentions. I even know of actual instructors who have abandoned WH and eventually transition to stuff like betetko because they burn out on trying to do Wim Hof all the time, the intense approach and attitude of Wim simply does not suit everyone and it is a bit of a flaw of Wim that he never seems to mention this. Hope you are feeling better Naima and maybe this is helpful, these practices can be great just for life in general, you just need to work them out for yourself, don't worry about doing it in any particular way necessarily.

Hi Naima, Since no doctor could help me or even believe me, I was open to trying anything (as long as it sounded rational) to get better. Without knowing if I was throwing money out of my window, I invested around 120 € and bought the supplement you recommended. After 2 months, I can say that I still can't walk up steps without breathing issues, still not able to do sports and really have to do everything very slow and take a lot of breaks, otherwise I crush.. BUT I can get up in the morning, concentrate on my work, and especially stay awake! Since it's such a short time, it might be even more beneficial, but I am so grateful for your help! I am not a very patient person, so I bought all the supplements, made a plan for which ones I take at what time, so I don't know which of the supplements helped me or if it's the combination. Just to give back the help I received, this is what I bought: - VITAMIN D3 + K2 MK7 all trans 5.000 lE + 200vg - RECOVERY AMINO+COMPLEX Vitamin B3, B6, B9, B12, iron - MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE - QUERCETIN 500 - Bromelain - D-Ribose (I also purchased Zinc + selenium with vitamin C + B6 and Kefir M1 Allergoimmun, but I had strange side effects like chills and stomach cramps with a feeling of nausea). Thanks a lot for sharing your information. I finally have hope to heal, and this is a huge change!

I then noticed very winded bending over, lethargy coming back 1 year after COVID. Still on NMN / Transresveratol. Now I take Pepcid 10 mg ....brought down my burning and less pain in my feet. Began Nattokinase 1000 fu. What a relief!!!! Energy soared, burning feet almost gone. I tried Serrapatase and my body burned on fire. Stopped it. I do notice I have an increase of gas...so it's doing something in my bowel. I want to gradually move up to 2000fu. I also noticed when I take NMN/ Transresveratol now I get even more energy. I lowered Transresveratol dose because it does thin blood a little bit. Pepcid and Nattokinase has brought me back,!! I am so happy I could cry. Pepcid lowers cytokines and lowers histamine. COVID triggered high Histamine in me. Read about this for long COVID....many people now have this issue. I eat low histamine diet as well. All helped me ❤

Pepcid? Anti-gas tablets that you buy at the CVS PHARMACY?

@@theatreforesight Yes the over the counter Pepcid. China noticed people who took Pepcid regularly didn't die from COVID. USA started giving Pepcid to hospitalized COVID patients and they did better. I took it because I got gastritis from antibiotics. I noticed the next day my feet pain was almost gone and I had more energy. . I learned Pepcid is an antiinflammatory and it lowers histamine levels. I think COVID causes mast cell activation in body - histamine levels sky rockets. Any way China and USA don't know why Pepcid helps COVID but it does. Check it out on Google.

@@theatreforesight Yes Pepcid the stomach med over the counter. It lowers Histamine and has an antiinflammatory in it. China found people on it survived Covid far more. I don't take it for my stomach anymore. I take it to reduce inflammation . Hospitals also use it on COVID patients and anyone with huge infections ie cellulitis, pneumonia, abcess etc
