    Belle vidéo. Que de démontage pour remplacer un simple petit tuyau de graissage. J’espère que le palier central est toujours en bon état.... Nice vid. I hope the plain bearing still in good condition....

    What was the big plastic hole you tool out at the start 00:37 mine is leaking there and I'm trying to find the nut and bolt you had in your hand 😊

    • @mixerfistit5522
      @mixerfistit5522 4 місяці тому

      The turbo outlet that runs across to the intercooler inlet. You undo the bolt and catch the nut that sits in the plastic moulding.
      You need to detach the intercooler end (left end) and then lift up that end so the pipe rotates on the turbo (right end). Once it rotates so it's vertical it can be pulled out. If you have excess oil in there it is likely (hopefully) not the turbo, but the PCV diaphragm has split (inside the round black plastic cap just above the nut and bolt you're removing)

      It's the dpf. Got the 2 pressure line for the sensors, and the temperature sensor as well.

    Hi could you give me some advice please. I have a 308 1.5 bluehdi 2019 I believe the turbo setup is very similar.
    I have a problem with oil going in my throttle and into exhaust (slowly blocking dpf) form pcv to turbo looks fine very little as expected (pcv is new).
    Also oil leaking from outside of turbo or pipe in not sure as not took it apart yet but I notice oil run down bottom of the engine.
    Because oil is going through intercooler and throttle I am getting missfire ect.., my question which I'm aware people don't have a crystal ball 🤣 could this be the oil return pipe blocked or the actual feed pipe rather than it being the turbo seal. I can understand if oil return is blocked then excessive pressure build up in turbo will make oil find way out anywhere, what about the feed like if that was blocked then I wouldn't be getting oil out the turbo through everywhere would I or am I thinking wrong here 🤔 I need to take mine apart when I get chance your video should come helpful as they look very similar.

    Thank you. May I ask a question? I have a 2009 model Citroen with 1.6 hdi 109bg. A few years ago while after changing the battery by force. I lost turbo power. To fix this they tightened something underneath the engine and in 5 seconds everything went back to normal. This weekend I tried to take a big cat out of my engine bay. She moved a lot inside the engine area. Today I realized again I lost the power of turbo. Acceleration is slow and engine is really reluctant to rev more than 2000rpm. What could be the solution? My guess is again a loose pipe but which one?

    • @doganaydogan1178
      @doganaydogan1178 9 місяців тому

      @@sebastijano yes. If you can remove the plastic engine cover beneath the car, you can easily access a thin pipe. Just look a loose pipe below the car you will see it. When you plug it to the turbo pipe it will work like a charm. Just follow the turbo pipes through the beneath of the car. The loose pipe looked like dark brown I guess. It was dark so I couldn’t see it clearly.

    Have You cleaned small mesh filter on banjo bolt that attaches Turbo oil feed line to the engine block? Many time that is the reason why this oil feed pipe goes wrong. there is a lot of oil pressure in that pipe.....and many times that filter is blocked so there is no oil feed to turbo which results in turbo core failure. You know what that means :)

    • @Lmchannel176
      @Lmchannel176 7 місяців тому

      The movement on the pipe in and out the banjo will not cause lover pressure, as long there no leak?

      No, it’s known issue that these go wrong. Replace it asap because it will start to leak oil. Also when changing the feed pipe remember to replace the 2 banjo bolts too this is crucial.

    There's got to be an easier way than dismantling half the engine. Otherwise that's a really bad design.

    •  Рік тому

      Its not bad design its just how the french cars are made. They make the engines and everything about their cars hard to work on on purpose, for one simple reason, so that the mechanic can do it for you. For an example, on Renault Modus if you want to change the simple bulb on the headlight you need to remove all the covers in the engine bay and then remove the entire front bumper and after all that trouble you have to remove the entire headlight just to access to the damn thing. They make cars hard to work on on purpose

    Die untere Verschraubung für die Druckdifferenz Leitung lässt sich nicht lösen ich habe jetzt vor die Leitung komplett mit dem Partikelfilter nach unten rauszunehmen
    Mein Partikelfilter ist in der Mitte geteilt ich brauche also nur die untere Hälfte abziehen
    Dann brauche ich aber diese kleinen 6 mm Schlauchschellen neu wo kriege ich die denn her
    🇧🇪BRD GERMANY
    Die Rohrleitung unten am Partikelfilter lässt sich nicht lösen
    Ich habe vor die mit dem Partikelfilter untere Hälfte rausziehen und mit in den Keller nehmen ich hoffe dass ich diese kleine Leitung dann rauskriege
    Warum denn die kleinen rauer Stellen mit dem Cutter durchgeschnitten hat ist mir schleierhaft
    Ich habe mir schon Gedanken drüber gemacht ob ich in meinem Fundus im Keller noch so kleine Schäden da habe aber das sieht schlecht aus
    Da muss ich dich jetzt abschneiden und Montag mal sehen ob ich irgendwo neue Kriege schönen Gruß aus Deutschland an alle Hobbyschrauber dieses Video ist jedenfalls super gut und hat mir sehr geholfen

For example, old 2.2 HDi is used in Mitsubishi, Land Rover, Ford (Mondeo Mk.3) etc.; Mercedes uses small diesel engines from Renault in their Viano models. There is no such thing as an entire "french", "german", "american", "japanese" engine anymore, let alone car.
