Looking at this excellent vid. as told me one thing, don't attempt it, I was going to upholster my three piece suit, but this a class professional skill. I am good at most things, but this way over my head. I think I will have to purchase another sofa....... great vid guys.
i have to reupoholster my brand new Home Line Furniture (click-clack) set. i like the design, but it is very cheaply padded & has already acquired a dent or 2 from normal use by 2 adults in less than a few months & the manufacturer/company headquarters refuse to acknowledge 2 nice letters addressing the problem, so i am going to learn reupholstery! thanks for the video!
Having put the Hessian over, the upholsterer then put cotton felt directly on top...where was the horse hair? Otherwise, really pleased to see traditional upholstery being kept alive!
