Mushrooms did wonders in my life. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder 16 years ago as a teenage. Got diagnosed with ADHD. Spent my whole life fighting ADHD. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.
Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Australia. From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a clear difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling moment around rest time, but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later,
I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.
I can honestly say psychedelics experience was probably one of the most profound and beautiful collection of moments I have ever had.

One of my best trips on 🍄🍄🍄, was about 13 years ago camping in the Utah desert with a few of my favorite cousins, and whewww!!! Was it intense in a good way. I’ll never forget peaking around sunset and we all had blacklight flashlights to keep our eyes on scorpions (they glow like crazy)! And with the crazy red rock formations + the sky lit up with all the starlight... I was just pure goneski on an amazing trip until the next day around noonish, lol.
The little girls wonderment and knowledge of nature, and the way she carried herself was just beautiful. Just like seeing mushrooms in their multiple states of growth, I too enjoy observing humans in different states as well. Life as a whole is truly magnificent ❤️
I need guidance I can do 400-500 ugs of Lucy and 3-5 of shrooms and don’t get visuals a higher dose just makes me more disoriented and voices in my head non stop.

I used to help build mountain bike trails on some sloping tree covered private property in California and it was fun to watch how the amanitas would grow year to year. They would grow in bands across the hill at different altitudes each year. I dug and rode there for at least ten years and they moved up the hill as years went on, perhaps due to drought?

I have an amazing story. One day I was driving home, when all of a sudden the Lord came to me in spirit. I felt very close to Him. I knew if I asked him to play any song on the radio he would, I guess to bless my faith.
So I said "ok, Lord play "Come as you are by Nirvana".
I turned on the radio and the song started playing right there on the spot, perfectly…
I started getting flooded with chills like a waterfall, crying, and trembling.
He stayed with me for 10 minutes in my driveway. until I got outta the car.
A couple months after that I started getting amazing prayers answered way more often, because it helped me quit doubting when I pray and I was lined up with biblical instructions. It's 6 years later and I still get answered prayers in Jesus name.

Amanita is what started the modern Christmas tradition! The Santa and decorating trees part anyways. They would hang the amanitas to dry on tree branches.

I do microdose on mushrooms and other psychedelics and i can say it has improved my daily attitude. I'm more focused and feeling less trauma, even the PTSD and depression has gone. You take a mini dose to ease your brain receptors.

Tidal wave mushroom has close genetics with PE and we know from your interview with the pioneer that PE come from the amazon. The amazon soil has lots of Tera Preta, so my hypothesis is that Tera preta soil is man-made and therfore potentially reproducible indoors. Since we trained the Tidal wave too grow in indoor conditions and common substrates.
I'm experimenting using tidal wave cubensis as a mycorrhizal species with my rose geranium, lemmongrass, catnip and cannabis. So far I've successfully inoculated the soil for all however have only achieved fruiting in the cannabis soil.

They are indeed a strange fungi. I have had a single trip on them, and while I didn't quite eliminate all the ibotenic acid (which lead to a fair amount of discomfort), I did have a very interesting time. It's obviously hard to explain, as any hallucinogenic experience often is, but the jist of it was that time itself warped, and I had thoughts come to me faster than usual. A weird experience, considering I was under the impression thoughts were instant, but in my state I felt my mind almost get whiplash with the speed at which they appeared in my conciousness.
In terms of visuals, I didn't get much. The body feel was heavy and lethargic. I ended up laying down and basically napping, but with a surface level of thoughts being aware I wasn't really asleep.
I haven't rushed back to the experience, mainly because I believe I messed up my preperation last time, which lead to a quesiness at the sheer thought of trying them again. That being said, I am definitely feeling like it could be worth exploring more. If I happen upon them again, I will definitely grab some.

I have not tried them yet, but here in eastern Canada, they will be in season soon, and they are plentiful. I'll sun dry to decarboxalate and make a tea. Seems like the best option.

Amanita Muscaria has helped me look inward and do a lot of self work. Can't recommend it enough, but you need to do your research or you could risk stomach ache or other side effects. Amanita Dreamer is a great start. She's working really hard to add to the unfortunately paltry amount of knowledge we humans have about this lovely fungus.
If prepared I'm certain ways you should be able to get rid of that tummy ache. Mainly I found removing just the tops layer of the mushroom, and then cooking that in a oven low and slow till yellow oil start coming from the skin is the way to go. No tummy ache and they taste like roasted pumpkin seeds

Im not a huge mushroom guy, but in Denmark we have these guys growing all over the country, but i was taught in school these mushrooms was super toxic to eat, but at the same time we was taught that vikings was chewing on these mushrooms and spit it out before raids, calling it goin berserk.
So my question is, how do you use it and does it act like taking Psilocybe mushrooms?
@@miklzn I take 1-4 drops of 66mg/mL amanita muscaria tincture. I'm not very regimented with it, I kinda take it when I feel like, which may not be the best way to do things. Amanita Dreamer has an amazing community, I would join and talk to ppl in it about their best practices but I've put off joining bc I've been busy and not focused as much on self care. I'm not in any way giving medical advice. I've seen adults in the group with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder who have really found a benefit to it and share their experiences.
The company I use (I've never used another, so I can't give you a comparison), is "all things amanita".
As far as comparing it to psilocybe, the first time I tried Amanita, I took about .5mL of 66mg/mL tincture. That was A LOT. I usually take probably less than a tenth of that. With that (in my own words) "heroic dose", I had some very mild altered thinking, almost entheogenic, but not quite. A feeling of profoundness I would say. That said, I don't take it to trip. For me, I take it because even multiple days after taking 4 or less drops, I'm more focused, I make better short, medium, and long term decisions, and I'm more motivated to perform and excel and meet whatever task is at hand without or with much less fear or anxiety.
I can't make any promises on what you would feel and this is absolutely not medical advice, just giving you my unqualified personal experience.

I remember eating dried fly agaric a couple of times that I had ordered back when I was in my late teens. I didn't really get anything out of them. I just felt dizzy and tired and got a headache.

In Belgium in the old days people would use this mushroom to kill flies. They would chop it up in small pieces and put it in milk. The flies would drink the milk and die.
There’s a couple trails by me where hundreds grow every year bright yellow orange red, small ones, some up to foot across. Also they grow at the beach in the dunes

magic mushrooms honestly are incredible. they're just the perfect type of high I look for. you get a full body enjoyment and there is no complaints at all. I never had a bad trip (granted I've only done it 3 times, third as I'm typing this, and the first time was by mistake) even a mistake trip (ate chocolate with shrooms in it and didn't know) i still enjoyed every bit of it
Hmmm it depends. There are alot of different types of magic muschroom and the effects change massively between the types, I've had one trip that was a nightmare and it wasn't hardly visual at all, more like my brain just attacking itself with negative thoughts.. I guess I was trying to work on stuff and it was very deep and not suitable for the social situation I was in. More visual and laughy strains are awesome though

Funny how this mushroom has the nickname of "Flugsvamp" in Swedish. Wich means like "Mushroom of the flies". And it's also known for being extremely deadly. So i was i chock watching this. I've literally seen thousands of these growing up on the countryside lol.
Its so strange that there is so much propaganda against this mushroom in Sweden. I took it once in England... I visited my friend in Sweden and told him I'd taken them when we saw some in a forest, and he didn't believe I'd taken it as he said I'd be dead and I must have taken something else, I honestly couldn't convince him.
It's not extremely deadly at all; there are zero well-documented fatalities from _A. muscaria_ in the literature, in fact. It is however closely related several species which are indeed extremely deadly, and which have tons of documented fatalities associated with them; but none of them have the characteristic red color of _muscaria_ at all.
That being said, it should ideally not be consumed raw; historically it appears the preferred methods of consumption have been feeding it to reindeer and drinking the ensuing urine (not particularly recommended, but by all means, if you want to do it, knock yourself out) or to prepare it with heat in various ways, especially various methods of drying and/or soaking it, to neutralize the undesirable compounds and leave the desirable psychoactive ones.

Did you eat it raw? That's certainly not recommended, but very unlikely to lead to any long-term adverse consequences, unless ingested in excessive amounts. Still, I'd suggest preparing them in the future.

Those grow all over the place here, the Pacific Northwest.They are both toxic and, if prepared correctly, hallucinogenic. With psychoactive mushrooms, if one wishes to ingest one should always be 100% certain of the kind of fungi and always take just a small, perhaps .2 of a gram at most to start. This is in case you might have an allergy or some adverse reaction. The amanita muscaria is not the first choice for this sort of thing. Start with cubensis, of which there are several varieties. If you wish to explore further, wavy caps, wood lovers, Psilocybe cyanescens. Cubensis and cycanescens are pretty easy to cultivate also, given some viable spores and the right growing medium and environment. Such substances should not, ideally, be used recreationally but as tools for discovery, including self-discovery, paradigm shift, expanded consiousness and personal growth.

@@russellzauner made more complicated by the fact that people react differently and some individuals have higher sensitivity to various chemical compounds and some are allergic. Caution is the better part of valour they say and i often agree with that. Try a tiny bit first if you must or feel compelled to ingest; just to be on safe side.

Actually a pretty common muschroom to find, ive found thrm before in the town i used to live in the woods, they were growing under a silver birch, i think thats pretty common

I am so jealous of the comments of people who enjoy psychedelics. Reading about it, how so many had struggles of anxiety, depression etc and were helped by psychedelics. It really sounded like something I would enjoy. I tried twice, tried to do it all well, surrounded by good friends, calm nature. But both times, particularly the second, only nightmares awaited. Now since I had these bad trips for the first time I suffer from depression and anxiety. I really hate, I wanted to like so badly. I wanted these profound experiences and instead just got hell. 😢
I have SO SO many Amanita mushrooms in my yard. They come out I think in late fall. It's amazing how many pop up.

Try and find someone you trust that has taken them before, to trip sit you both. Be in a comfortable, safe surroundings, do more reading and research. Go with an open mind and have a good trip!
