I can't count the number of times I've accidentally put all my pal spheres away in some random storage, because a transporting pal tossed one sphere from a Syndicate raid in there.

Everyone says to use galeclaw. If you do the slide momentum or graple boost. Hangyu is soooo much better. It can get some really great speed but the lift you gain from it is super useful. Galeclaw does let you shoot and glide though.
Honestly majorly helpful. The cooked berry tip was one I honestly haven't been doing, and simply looking at descriptions helps majorly. It's small things but sadly easy to not do

If you make a breeding farm and put your food in the breeding box it never expires, also you can hit the sort button on your inventory for unlimited food timers, every time you click sort it will reset the timer, hope this helps
Not only are they basic, this guy is just repeating the same 10-15 tips that every single youtuber is repeating. Some of his tips are even super obvious ones about the button shortcuts to sort or instantly transport inventory items. These ones are obvious because the prompts are literally right there on your screen when you're playing the game.
I don't know if this was a thing at the time of recording this video but if you don't want Pals to put random junk like wheat into the feed bowl, then just alter the settings for the feed bowl like you would a normal chest and choose what the Pals can and can't put in the feed bowl. The options should be Food and Ingredients. All you have to do is toggle off Ingredients and Pals will only put Food in the feed bowl. (My current base has two feed bowls, one specifically for cooked food and one for raw ingredients.) This is a good tip to have when it comes to organizing your storage chests too. You can toggle on/off various item categories in each storage container setting and choose what your Pals will put in them. If you want a chest just for base resources like stone, wood, and such, toggle off everything but those options and Pals will put only those specific items into that chest. A good habit I have is whenever I build a recourse farmer like the lumber station or stone pit, I put a chest right beside it and toggle it so it only holds THAT one specific resource. So, whenever my Pals use the lumber station, the wood from it will only be put in the chest right next to the station. Same thing for the stone pit and so on.
Just a tip about the gliders and something I don't see people mention much, they ARE affected by momentum. If you slide down a hill then jump and hit your glider at the top of your acceleration you go MUCH faster even with the lowest tier glider, not sure if doing it with a pal would have the same effect but you can get a massive speed boost by doing this, it's especially useful in the early game when you might not have access to a flying pal or their upgrades yet
Good idea with the grappling hook. I’m going to adopt your method. When overweight I was using the direhowls ability where he does the rush / charge. I keep pressing it until I reached the travel point
@@mistersmokes5102 It's impossible to spend all honey for the cakes cuz they generate apsurd amounts of honey anyway but kn general both are good in my opinion and u save up slot in your base by jsut having honey generator instead of using pal for cotton candy and honey at the same time and 1 extra space means a lot in this game

Small thing for m&k when scoped in to throw a ball you can use scroll wheel to switch types of balls instead of pressing 2 , helps during dodging attacks while trying to catch
Galeclaw was a mistake I am happy making. I died in lava and needed an flying mount. Without even checking I crafted gloves but quickly realized me mistake that I can’t ride this bird. So i left him in my team and forgot. While traversing the desert i was trying out different movement techs i learnt in other games to see if it works in palworld. Then i discovered galeclaw on flat land. It has made farming pals and combat much cooler imo
If you use Hangyu as a glider, it carries your momentum off a grapple very well and also has the added benefit of acting like a balloon that will actually go upward as you move forward. Just gotta be careful to watch your stamina, don't want Hangyu dropping you when you're at peak altitude lol
you mentioned having trouble getting pals to work your cooler Just deploy a pal who can't do anything else . Jolthog cryst and foxcicle are both good choices.
First time I've seen those quick stack button. Never read it until 25 hrs in. Btw, who is the best transporting pal and what trait do you have on them.
Here's a tip if you use the Killamari glider and spam use it you'll stay in the air indefinitely as long as you have the stamina... so this means you'll always glide in a straight line without losing altitude I've tried using this to get to the sanctuaries and I can get to them without touching the water
You can get Celeray quite a bit before the Galeclaw, and it also doubles as a glider. I don't think it travels as far as Galeclaw, but it still beats the glider by quite a bit.
1:02 PLEASE READ, there is a better way that can be done relatively early, (build a viewing cage and put the injured pal in that, this will revive them INSTANTLY, 0.02 seconds of waiting, I use this for all my pals when I'm messing around fighting enemies I know I can't defeat and it works 100% of the time and quite literally INSTANTLY, no waiting for a second pal to do any work
if you have a Ranch farm with the right pals, it can produce money, pal spheres, arrows, honey, milk, eggs (the food, not for hatching) and Cotton Candy... plus probably some i'm forgetting. the cotton candy does not spoil, and also is 5 Sanity... so, no more cooking if you don't want to, just let the ranch make cotton candy, pals move it to their feed box and eat it.. the honey might have a sanity level as well (and also doesn't expire), but it seems a lot slower. for mining ore, just get a couple pals with a mining skill of 2 or more (Tombats are the easiest to find and catch) then put them at a base with ore and NO rock quarry.. i go back about every 15 minutes they have so much ore it takes me three trips to put it in the nearby box, and they are also loading some while i'm gone, i ended up with hundreds and hundreds of ore faster then i can use it. oddly the supply problem i have is Paldium, it's generally the only thing i have to actually get myself.
The cooler isn't temperamental and the Pals do cool it. Just use ones who's only job is cooling and the only time they will stop is when they sleep unless its Vanwyrm Cryst. The ice hedgehog is good for this.
ngl it's pretty dumb that the cooling needs to be done at all hours. What kind of dogshit fridge has insulation that bad. Ice pals should just need to pop by every so often like they do for harvesting and other tasks.

Extra tip for the grapple gun. Obviously higher level grapple guns have a faster cooldown but also you can equip 4 of them and they each have a separate cooldown. Should you do that? NO, maybe 2?
If you have a base raid and all the Pals are incapacitated, move one healthy Pal into the base Pal pool. That Pal and all the reanimated Pals will fix the entire group while you are fixing the base.
I dunno how you can do this on XBOX, but on PC if you left click on a stack of things in storage it will pick it up and link it to the mouse, then press esc to close the storage and now you can walk freely around with that stack regardless of its weight. Walk to where you want to put it, interact with that box and put it in by left clicking an empty spot
*Digtoise help* If mining spin is only doing 1-2 damage, you probably need the headband. For me and many others digtoise only did 1-2 damage until headband, then it got a ton more damage even when the active skill is on cooldown. Idk if its a glitch or just not explained well but hope this helps
Digtoise is currently bugged, btw. Don't place them as a working pal in your base, they don't mine very well in those slots. They work great in your party still, though!
One of my biggest gripes about the game is that when you are gliding you use up stamina. Like what? You are in mid air not doing anything but gliding? How does the glider take AWAY any energy? Lol
easier than baked berries is getting that pal that you can farm cotton candy from. just put it in your ranch and the pals will have a source of food that gives sanity. only 5 san, but you don't have to worry about cooking berries or making jam. it's all automatic. and the trick to get an icepal to stay on the cooler is to just use a pal that only freezes. than they have nothing else they are capable of doing.
There is an easier way to heal your pals that have died. Stand next to your bases palbox, open your menu and go into "party", click R to drop the dead pal on the ground, open your palbox and put any number of pals into your party until all 5 spaces are filled, then pick up your dead pal from the ground, it will go into your palbox and no longer be dead, so you can then just assign it back into your party
With the butchering process taking too long and keeping in mind the pal condenser and beings able to sell pals, it's really not worth butchering most pals...unless im missing something.
Better food tip for the food baskets. Instead of splitting your baked berry stacks put 1 cotton candy or 1 honey in the remaining 4 slots. They'll only get eaten if the first slot empties completely and they don't spoil. Honey has other uses, cotton candy... not so much?
If you have a KO’d pal you can put it as a pal at base then you can actually body push it to a bed yourself without waiting for another pal to rescue it
You can move infinite weight stacks by dragging an item and tabbing out, this will allow you to move freely without any weight penalty to another box/area. Will probably get patched though.
Wait... could I teach some daydreams and floppies skills that stun, then take a party full of them stun locking pals? I ask because I believe there is a capture % bonus on stnnued targets.
I honestly believe the grapple was meant for moving while overweight and/or for gliding long distance. gliding is shit on its own and you get overweight very easily.
If you really have to move a lot of stuff and the grapple just isn’t quick enough? Nothing special but make 2 or 3 grapples and cycle thru them so you don’t have a cooldown you’re waiting on ;)
This game needs a way to quick swap equipment on console. Too often I need a weaker weapon or a stronger weapon and it takes too long to equip mid battle
Want more defense and don’t care too much for your hairstyle?? Force equip double armor by switching out your headband while equipped with any armor. 🎉
Flopie is so useless. it will not attack when out on a necklace. it only picks up items, and like not at a good disance either, you practically have to be standing on that item for it to work
It doesn't seem to have a timer on it, but there may a cap on how many death boxes you can have. I've not had one disappear on me yet, but I imagine this will get patched at some point, so be careful with it!
Grapple having a cooldown in the first place is pretty weird. It could have 0 cooldown and still be worse than a mount. The only reason it's good right now is because glider pals keep it's momentum. If that ever gets fixed, grapple will be terrible. Only useful for moving when encumbered(Although that might get fixed too)

use cotton candy as place fillers in the feed the box, they wont spoil so you don't have to worry about it
found this out as well. after doing this trick i have 2k mats for making cakes in my cooler now

Another great thing about the Galeclaw is if you spam jump you will continuously spawn your Gale glider and maintain the same altitude!

If you spam the glider it gives you the speed boost repeatedly, thus allowing you to glide much much farther.
Killamari is better for the gliding, if you have stam, you can glide forever, when you chain it, it glides up not down.

If you cancel and re equip the galeclaw glider continuously it will go further as it starts to slow down and drop

Cattiva gives 50 points of carry cap when in your party. This effect stacks. So in the early game its best to have a couple of them in your party.

Just move the grapple into your inventory then back into weapon spot it'll remove cool down
For faster Pal gliding is the Celeray. Need to compare which is best, Celeray/Killamari/Galeclaw/Hangyu/any-others
If u swap your Pal out during battle it's life regenerates so u don't have to worry about your Pal fainting if u just swap it out.
I want to know how you build your walls without a floor base because mine keeps telling me it's not attached to floor base.
Whilst standing on the Palball, if you slightly move to an edge of the ball, you can be launched at an angle and not just straight up…

Just becareful on death bag in dedicated servers. Many have a setting enabled that makes bags expire in an hr and if that happens, bye bye food

one of the items that need repairing dosnt have the required materials to repair. thats my guess
Yep, correct. If it doesn't work then it usually means you lack the required material to repair one of the items
Another way for healing your pal almost immediately is the viewing coral

Pal souls is what im to understand
You can immediately dismount rushboar after smashing a rock and remount and immediately rush again.
Burning a pal to help capture them is literally playing with fire, if the capture fails they might burn to death...
If you are fast enough throwing the second ball they won't take a tick of damage
For the viewing cage you can just put a dead pal in it and remove it back into your party and it’s instantly alive

Better food tip for the food baskets. Instead of splitting your baked berry stacks put 1 cotton candy or 1 honey in the remaining 4 slots. They'll only get eaten if the first slot empties completely and they don't spoil. Honey has other uses, cotton candy... not so much?
Fun fact...when the feed box is full, bi joticed that will take it to the fridge next
You can drop the pal and grab it with your party full, it will return full health to the palbox
You deploy and let go and deploy again it goes even further because each time it boost you again.
If you have a KO’d pal you can put it as a pal at base then you can actually body push it to a bed yourself without waiting for another pal to rescue it
You can move infinite weight stacks by dragging an item and tabbing out, this will allow you to move freely without any weight penalty to another box/area. Will probably get patched though.

when gliding with galeclaw you will eventually lose momentum. re-equip it while gliding and you will go longer distances
I honestly believe the grapple was meant for moving while overweight and/or for gliding long distance. gliding is shit on its own and you get overweight very easily.

If you really have to move a lot of stuff and the grapple just isn’t quick enough? Nothing special but make 2 or 3 grapples and cycle thru them so you don’t have a cooldown you’re waiting on ;)
This game needs a way to quick swap equipment on console. Too often I need a weaker weapon or a stronger weapon and it takes too long to equip mid battle

Flopie is so useless. it will not attack when out on a necklace. it only picks up items, and like not at a good disance either, you practically have to be standing on that item for it to work

It doesn't seem to have a timer on it, but there may a cap on how many death boxes you can have. I've not had one disappear on me yet, but I imagine this will get patched at some point, so be careful with it!

How do you get the grappler?
You have to be at a high enough level to unlock it. Then you use ancient technology points to unlock the crafting spec, then craft it.

currently you can just put dead pals into the cage to revive them.
Well, some of Mot pals are eating berries even tho my jam Buns are at the left. And the next grapple takes 6 seconds to be ready for use again.
It changes depending on which grapple you use. The first one is 10 seconds.

Grapple having a cooldown in the first place is pretty weird.
It could have 0 cooldown and still be worse than a mount. The only reason it's good right now is because glider pals keep it's momentum.
If that ever gets fixed, grapple will be terrible. Only useful for moving when encumbered(Although that might get fixed too)
