I’m level 50 and this was still a great video. Some of these I knew, probably about 12-15 of them, but then some of these tips are absolutely GOATED bro using the Viewing Cage to instant revive is incredible thank you for even just that tip alone, but definitely thank you for the other three dozen tips I did not know, very very useful video.
For the food saving tip, you do not need to die to reset the timers you can simply sort your inventory via the button top right (as of currently it still resets the spoilage timer aswell)!
Just to ad something to the tips and tricks. The best Pal fluid farm I've found is to enter the Penking boss which is level 15. He will always spawn in Pengullets and you will only kill those Pengullets and after doing so, exit the dungeon. Do not kill the Penking boss. This way you can instantly enter again and the Penking boss will respawn those Pengullets and you can kill them again and just keep repeating it.
For pal fluid, there are 2 additional tips. first you can farm the pengullets that spawn with Alpha Penking infinitely so long as you don't clear penking. just clear, leave and they will reset. Second, if you breed yourself a Oserk (Rayhound + Mossanda = Grizzbolt + Relaxaurus = Oserk) it has boosted water drops, so if you kill with it out you will get more fluilds.
Alternatively, if you have a fast mount that can trample pengullets like Fenglope, just run around the coast/beach running into them, since pengullets are rather low leveled they'll die instantly. Although, Gobfins are still a much better choice since they're everywhere.
9:17, an addition note to that is also hitting the sort button will also fully reset the spoil timer on all your food as well so food you are using to explore with you can have never expire simply by hitting that sort inventory button every so often before the timer runs out resetting the timer without destroying the food.
An extra tip you could have put at 16:20 is “slingshotting” by grappling as horizontal as you can (or torwards the floor), cancelling the grapple using any method right before you reach your destination (the point of max velocity) and glide with ANYTHING, the momentum stays from the grapple, so by combining that with hangyu, the pal glider that helps you go up while gliding, you get… quite a lot of speed
I hope there’s a future update to build settlements where you can ask npcs to join or any humans you catch to inhabit and assist in workflow without counting as a pal.
That would probably be something that happens way further down the line, though it would make things like mercenaries and the random campfire npcs useful. Being able to essentially build your own faction would be cool but would probably cause issues in pvp. Being able to have like 4-6 npcs per guild that could function in a way similar to skyrim npc with actual gear and even a partner pal could be cool depending on how in depth the game ends up going, especially if you could have them act as foreman for base operations to automate certain functions like flour production and baking cakes. Since you can't set things to continually craft when resources are available or have pals remove items from things like the grinder or flour mill.
Viewing cage as storage is very useful especially once u get into intesive breeding, but keep in mind that having alot of them filled will cause performances issues. I would recommend placing them in farming a base where you don't spend alot of time so you don't experience too much performance (and sound) issues until they make a proper storage
@@isegard2957 So, do you play via server browser or invite code? Invite code is coop and server browser is true multiplayer. For multiplayer, they are just not available.
Definitely need to use the ones regarding the chests. I've played enough games with inventory management to know everything needs to be organized the first time, so I'll have to make it easier for the pals. That and hitting the R button. I saw it, but had no clue what it would actually do and was for some reason, too afraid to try it. Those tips alone probably just saved me 10 hours in the next week or 2.
Quick tip I haven't seen anyone mention at all if you sort the inventory of any perishable items the rot counter resets, works on chests, backpack and fridges. Also cakes don't spoil in the breeding hut storage but I'm guessing most people know that.
Ingot strat for money works, and is very well known, but it's also a very bad idea for anyone with even the slightest bit of forward thinking. You need as much ore as you can possibly get to craft high level Pal Spheres. Those free blue and green ones won't get you very far into the game. All those ingots you waste turning into money will CRIPPLE your progression in the long haul. And there are better ways anyway. Every boss or lucky pal drops specific vendor trash loot, and the black market dealers also drop 10-20k gold directly.
majority of people here wont even realize how much effort and time this video took to produce. Hands down one of the best palworld tip videos I've seen. And contentwise, damn this is one of the greatest examples of what content I would love to produce one day: no bs, straight to the point, 100% of the video is pure useful information, editing is engaging and on point. Amazing work, don't even know what to add. p.s. let me know whats the average view duration on this one, I am super curious :D
One tip I see they have not yet patched: build a campfire as close against a sleeping or walking Pal. They will catch fire, yet they won't aggro. Of course if it is a naturally aggressive pal that isn't sleeping, it will aggro regardless.
I've heard that Vixies will get better items at level 4, but getting anything to level 4 is major grinding task, especially things like Vixies that run when they see you.
Breed farm. Put emphasis on getting artisan, workslave, lucky, and your choice of a food or sanity skill. breed out 4 farming vixy using the rest as fodder for the condenser. Been breeding out some warsect and chillet to get a perfect base anubis and have plenty of fodder for both now to do up a combat variation of both pals once I've gotten my first legendary pal. You can turn the egg incubation interval to 0 if you don't want to spend several hours incubating egg after egg. I did that since I've already spent an eternity doing so on ark. set up a base with 2 breeding areas, a few wheat plots and a couple berry plots; a couple of ranches with 2 chikipi, 2 mozzarena, and 2 beegarde as well as a decent water pal whose sole purpose in life is to make flour. That's 4 vixy breeding which you can use to also get work slave, lucky, and artisan on them; 6 pals gathering the more expensive cake ingredients; 1 pal grinding wheat; and 4 pals farming wheat and berries. If you up the max to 20 pals per base at Base lvl you can set up a couple extra farmers and have 3 cooking stations running cakes at the same time. As long as the berries are in the first slot of the box it'll take about an hour of runtime and aside from grabbing flour, pal eggs, and setting up the cakes every once in a while this base is going to be largely automatic, Continually producing ingredients/food and once cakes are placed in the ranch, pal eggs. the meter for the eggs fills up regardless of the presence of cake since cake is only consumed at the end of a meter charging. So you can even pre charge the first meter while the first few cakes are baked.
Regarding Pal Fluids: Make sure to get an Orserk and max it out in the condenser. You will usually get 2 Pal Fluids PER Gobfin, which is a massive increase over not using one.
really good tips, you really dig deep. I guess i really underestimated cages... but they are so big even max lvl base doesnt look too wide... devs just forsing us to build high.
Yeah the mount damage is immense. I've been enjoying an invested attack-stat + Chillet combo. There's so many Dark pals both weak and strong that its been a mainstay in my team for awhile.
Bruh.. i have been playing this game for awhile now.. and probably not paid enough attention to my hotkeys on the bottom of the storage screens.. Thank you for the Quick Stack highlight!
For the digtoise be able to destroy the iron nodes instantly you need to activate his skill, or just mount a boar and use the rush to 2-3 shot multiple nodes
Just throwing this out there, spent about 10 minutes clearing a handful of lower level bosses (5-10) around the map and sold the vendor items they dropped for about 90k gold. Its great when you need some.
You mentioned at 14:50 that the eggs give you exp scaling with your level, but it's actually scaling with your completion of the paldex. The more you complete of the paldex, the more exp you obtain until it is completed.
You can use grapples of the same rarity and they still don't share cool down. You can also cancel the grapple by swapping between them in order to launch off rocks or fly with a glider.
Not an advanced trick, but you can get Fenglope at lv 26 and it's an extremely FAST mount, jumps extremely high, has a skill that propulses it extremely far forwards, an overall monstruously good mount. The only con I have for Fenglope, is that it's not as good for trampling low level mobs. With 3.0x mob generation, you can farm a lot of Chikipi and Lambal meat, eggs, wool, pal fluid, combustion organs, electric organs, bones from just trampling small 1~5 Pals in the starting areas, it's very handy. I often serve my base pals with Chikipi Saute so that they work fast, and also it's always fun to run over small pals
I use Pyrin with 4 Kelpsea Ignis against Frostallion. Its nice. But i also use Pyrin with 4 Gobfins and use my legendary shotgun. That absolutely melts Frostallion since Pyrin applies fire damage to my bullets.
You actively pushed me away from your other videos by gatekeeping the ability to summon multiple pals behind your other video. If you had given at least the basic method and then said "i go into more detail in this other video" then id have probably watched it, but because of the way you've handled it im just gonna google it and read the redit or something.
If your playing on a dedicated server and want to make a lot of gold coins, you just have to make a lot of cotton candy and then sell it to the merchant. I made a ton of coins this way. the reason I recommend a dedicated server is because you can make cotton candy with Woolipop's at the ranch over night in irl and then the next day you will have tons of it to sell.
Another tip is to use your palbox as a weapon to defeat open bosses far earlier. Spawn it near something like mammorest, and instead of fighting it 2v1 with your pal, lure it to the palbox and all of your pals gang up on it. When it's time to go for the capture, just delete the palbox and the pals stop attacking.
the good one works by simply dropping it or putting it into a chest and then taking it back again. it also resets the timer when you eat one or feed one to a pal
speaking of digtoise, I used to use him, but chose to have Astegon as my main pal/mount and after I maxed him out, he can 3-4 tap nodes because of his passive. When I used Dark Laser I can clear a bunch of ore nodes at once, but the ore might disappear if you’re too close when you use it so just keep an eye on that.
The people complaining that it doesn’t work have a skill issue. You just have to start dragging the stack and then IMMEDIATELY exit the menu. The window for this is surprisingly generous.
Most people don't show the pal cages because by default they are disabled on servers. Mammorest is the best minner from your party. Riding it and using its grass tornado cuts thru minerals very quickly. With proper positioning you can also knock out multiple nodes at a time. Running over water Pals with the Ragnahaw also straight kills most low level pals for free damage
I just let my Katress pick up the pals and revive them themselves. They drag them to the beds and they just sleep to refil thier own health on thier own which takes only about 3 or 4 minutes, UNLESS a Katress as nothing else to do then they just hand around and do thier handiwork animation over the niw injured pal. Which i found is thier medical skill and saw a pal that got put in that bed fully heal in just a few seconds. Which is kinda neat
I havn’t seen the comment yet, but whatever food you have in your inventory also refreshes completely if you sort your inventory, even if its already sorted it restarts the timer on it!
also felbat and loveander have 6% hp drain which despite low % number is quite nice 4 general exploring as both you and pal can restore hp while in combat thus less return to base trips or breaks to heal up HP

For food, just have it in your inventory and sort. Sorting resets all timers in any box. You don't need some convoluted respawn "trick" to save it.
This was my immediate thought, too, but the tip he gave saves food forever (food timers don't tick down at all while in your corpse's lootbag).

9:00 I know the game just had a patch and I havent checked yet, but using the sort button in your pack would reset your food timers
The viewing cage is insane i ran out of space in the palbox all the time
Bro, either I'm crazy or there's a Lucky somewhere nearby during your intro.
Protip if you dont have a cooler yet you can prevent food form decomposing by using the sort button. It will reset the timer
