I lost 25 punds doing popsugar fitness workouts 5 times a week. I walk my dogs 30 minutes and then do a 20-45 minute popsugar video and it has changed my life. I love her and her videos sooooo much. I promise you one video a day can change your life !
During the 1st month, I had to stop at the 6th minute, and then at 10th, and then at 14th minute. After a couple of weeks, I finally managed to follow the whole routine without missing a beat. Damn I feel so strong. Haha. though it is still challenging. I love this workout!
I did this workout around 10 times by now and still need to pause and take a long breath in the middle. I've been exercising regularly for a time and no other else makes me sweat like a pig! So far my favorite!

First Hand Experience With This Tape: I have been doing this for 5 days now, amongst walking 2 miles a day with weights, massaging my fat build up areas twice a day, and eating healthy and I will say that it has drastically helped me in just 5 days! This video is one of a kind and is really making my 190 pound self lose weight fast. Got tired of the way I look and how my significant other treats me and I'm actually committed for the first time. If you are depressed like me and never want to get up in the morning, there is hope. Try your hardest to be your own motivator. We are all here watching this video for a reason. It's not always easy for people to know how to modify, which means they may injure themselves or just give up if the 'full' version is too hard! This was my first zumba strong session and I did about half and half full and modified!

Ai Lee Syarief is my she-ro! I love her so much as an instructor! And what amazes me more is that she is married and has 2 sons., and she's an IT specialist during her daytime hours. Her life seems so routine and ordinary. But she clearly isnt! She's a ninja and warrior. By the way, this workout nearly killed me. I can usually push through most and be okay. THis one, not so much, especially in the first 10 minutes. I'll keep pushing through though. It says a lot about the integrity of this workout. It's something to be attained. Love it!

I’ve done zumba before but it wasnt this intense. During the warm-up while doing the grapevine I thought “oh this is gonna be an easy everyday cardio”. Then we started chopping watermelons and I was like omg this is intense! I loved it! Love that its only 30 minutes, but wouldn’t mind a 60 min video. :-) Also what came first, the choreo or the music? Love how well they went together!

I love this workout! Man, my first time was so rough. My whole body was sore for almost a week and it was hard to walk. Now I do this at least twice a week and look forward to it!
Well what's important is your moving. You don't have to know the moves by heart and do them with impeccable timing and skill, you just need to get your body moving.

Wow that's awesome! This is definitely a hardcore cardio routine. I recently did it and felt as though I had finished a HIIT workout. Is this the only workout you do daily? Or do you throw in some others with it as well?
I do this for two consecutive days, then do some light bodyweight exercises in between. Most days, though, I also do the five minute squat workout on this channel.
I love your channel overall, but I think this is my favourite workout. A lot was done in 20 minutes and my legs hurt for 2 days. And I can't wait to do it again!
After the 10 first minutes of this workout it killed me LOL so I had to finish the rest of it modified version🤣😅. But great workout really challenges you the music is great and I burned 233 calories.

i did it! Second to last song, I felt so tired but I kept going! This instructor is amazingly strong! when we came to the cooldown, i felt absolutely OVERJOYED. I can’t imagine doing this for 1hr 😱 those strong Zumba people are definitely STRONG I definitely want to keep doing this workout till it starts to get easier! Ahhh I’ll feel so accomplished when that happens. Either way, this was much more fun that I thought (at least in the beginning haha)

I agree, in my case I have to do the modified version because I have a bad back, so it's nice to still be able to do a full intense workout.

Wow, this is pretty intense stuff, however, in a good way. Lol. In particular, I like the way you motivate your dance partners AND give them instructions slightly ahead of time :) Great video, thank you.

I love this workout! Man, my first time was so rough. My whole body was sore for almost a week and it was hard to walk. Now I do this at least twice a week and look forward to it!

Well what's important is your moving. You don't have to know the moves by heart and do them with impeccable timing and skill, you just need to get your body moving.
I go to Strong by Zumba classes 3x's week! I tried this at home just to see and it was GREAT. I was drenched after!! This is a good in between.

Wow that's awesome! This is definitely a hardcore cardio routine. I recently did it and felt as though I had finished a HIIT workout. Is this the only workout you do daily? Or do you throw in some others with it as well?

I do this for two consecutive days, then do some light bodyweight exercises in between. Most days, though, I also do the five minute squat workout on this channel.
I love your channel overall, but I think this is my favourite workout. A lot was done in 20 minutes and my legs hurt for 2 days. And I can't wait to do it again!
After the 10 first minutes of this workout it killed me LOL so I had to finish the rest of it modified version🤣😅. But great workout really challenges you the music is great and I burned 233 calories.

Update: My legs were becoming extremely toned and strong! I had to stop due to an injury( not from workout) but it was super effective!!

My first Zumba workout. My body is killing me, but in a good way. This is a great workout. It exercised my muscles and helped me with my cardio.

i did it! Second to last song, I felt so tired but I kept going! This instructor is amazingly strong! when we came to the cooldown, i felt absolutely OVERJOYED. I can’t imagine doing this for 1hr 😱 those strong Zumba people are definitely STRONG
I definitely want to keep doing this workout till it starts to get easier! Ahhh I’ll feel so accomplished when that happens.
Either way, this was much more fun that I thought (at least in the beginning haha)
