This DanceBody version is so freakin' effective and cool. I'm 50 kg and in exactly 30 min I'm able to burn 255 calories, which is very hard to achieve given my slower heart rates (45-55 min resting heart rates). I need to do 3 of 10 Min Pamela Reif's Dance/HIIT workout to equate the calories here. But surely, this one is not easy if you're not used to HIIT Dance workout. Love the creative and beautiful choreography as well as the music here. THANKS for Brooke and the team! Highly recommend this workout to everyone seeking for truly HIIT dance!
I admit I danced like Squidward lol but I sweat like I just fell into a swimming pool and I feel AMAZING afterwards! Thank you, and I hope you make more of these in the future so I can keep challenging myself!
For those like me who are not dancer inclined or have energy to do 30 minutes of consistent fast paced cardio straight(I would need 10 cups of coffee to have the energy they do 😂) fear not! I found that if I don’t have the full energy for jumping the whole time or doing every dance you can modify into just focusing on stepping or arm movements and you still get a great workout. I’m soaking in sweat, literally dripping babe and feel great without exhausting myself. This was a wonderful workout and I had so much fun! Have a great day ❤

I admit I was not able to do some things and I was off beat but I made it to 30 minutes - albeit, with moderation and dragging along, but I did it! I'm going to try to do this once a week to get better at it. Fun exercise and I am sweating.

Yes! Definitely more of THIS level of difficulty. I had to take a few breaks up that's ok! At least I have something to work up to and a video that I'll need to watch at least 2-3 more times before I master it : )
I don't usually do dance aerobics because I'm not coordinated enough to follow along. BUT, I really enjoyed this workout! I've been exercising for 35 years and was able to modify the really dancey moves to a more athletic movement if I just couldn't get my body to do what these young hip woman are doing 😃 I had a great time and I'm sweating a lot, so that's a win/win for me! I don’t know if I like that they’re not like walking you through how to do any of this it seems like it would be a lot of fun when you know what you’re doing once you do it a few times. But having said that it does make it go fast the first couple times just trying to keep up.. thank u. This was fun
Loved this! I was barefoot and my Achilles tendons were definitely crying so definitely recommend shoes 😂 My arms were surprisingly pretty tired at the end too!
This was challenging and hard with a lot of energy, but i like the moves. 🙂 I did the best i could with it. There was a lot of jumping that i don't like doing to much, but it was kinda fun to do. I'm a sweaty mess now😊 if she comes back, hopefully, it will be with a low impact dance cardio, i kinda don't dance with this much high intensity anymore. Either way I like her personality and energy in this fun challenging dance workout 💪 ❤🤗👍
Love this workout! was planning on going for a run, but chance upon this video, and girl was it tough, sweat as much as a run, plus it was super fun and definitely trained my brain to keep up with the movements. LOVEEEEE THIS!!! Definitely coming back to do this again soon

This one was definitely advanced! I would have done better with a slow introduction and then up to speed. But I sweat a lot and did my best with less jumping lol

Great workout but I suffered shoulder injury with this one. Hope my shoulder gets better tomorrow. It's very painful, I can hardly move my left arm since morning.
I broke it down to two 15 min workout. Especially good if you don’t have the energy or time or you just did an hour of another workout and too tired. 😅

It is not a beginner level cardio. It's more like advanced cardio. This cardio is likely meant to be dancers or who is used to do high intensity level cardio. The lack of instructions were not a problem for me and who are used to does this level cardio it is not necessary for them to require breaks in between. You should check out other workouts if you find this workout hard. Remember you can always work your way up.. 😊

Even more intense/high intensity/high tempo/harder dance workouts please! And thanks for not wasting time showing the moves slowly first.

DanceBody is a high intensity dance cardio workout.
The only issue with this workout was that none of the moves were shown at least once in slow tempo, so I had trouble following them correctly.
I died a little but it was worth it
I broke it down to two 15 min workout. Especially good if you don’t have the energy or time or you just did an hour of another workout and too tired. 😅
