3 pounds pork belly
2 stalk scallions
4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tsp ginger
1/2 scotch bonnets pepper
1 1/2 tbsp pimento seed/all spice
1/2 onion
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp wet jerk season
2 tsp browning
🌺Seasoning
2 tbsp all purpose season
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp jerk powder season
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
📌Baked till tender 1 hours 30 minutes
On 190 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees
