1/2 onion
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pimento seed/all spice
2 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp scotch bonnet pepper
2 tbsp dark soya or browning
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
🌺Seasoning
1 Tbsp all purpose season
1 Tsp jerk powder season
1 Tsp chicken season
2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
📌Baked for 50 minutes in total or more
180 degrees Celsius or 380 degrees

The ketchup thickens it, just allow the ketchup to simmered down in the pot and it will thicken and if it doesn’t look thicken the way you would like just add a little more ketchup👌🏾
