Dude, I have so much to thank you for. My PSVita was the first console I ever bought with my own money, and despite Sony's lack of first-party support, I always loved the few games I had, I took my fat launch model Vita on roadtrips, plane flights - this thing's been with me nearly nine years and it's probably covered tens of thousands of miles. I heard you could mod Vitas from somewhere, and having already modded my PSP 3000, I jumped at the chance. Now here I am, just finished your tutorial and I have the biggest grin on my face. Thank you for re-igniting my love for my favourite console. Now to install Adrenaline...
@@MrMario2011 So I am going through your video. When I get to the part about connecting the vita to the computer it tells me that i need to download content manager assistant on my PC. If i uninstall it then it will not connect to the computer. When it connects to the content manager assistant the install box for FinalHE will not get to the point where I can download the program. I cannot thank you enough! I'd been on 3.73 Henkaku for ages, and although great, it was very limited for PSP games and the like. I tried downgrading before and nothing ever worked. Only this tutorial helped me, and now I am so relieved to be back at 3.60, and everything working perfect. I am going to check out your SD2Vita tutorial now, as I've had issues with that before, corrupt data, etc. But wow you are brilliant!
Alright Mario ! Another console jailbroken, This makes for 1 Vita 2000, 1 PS4, 5 ps3's, 3 Ps2's with free mcboot, And a PSP. My Sony JB console collection is getting next level. Thanks alot man keep it up !!!
Despite this video being recorded and performed on firmware 3.73, the same software and methods will work on 3.74! The title and description have been updated to reflect this is working for 3.74.
Once again you have made my day, you saved me from permanently bricking my PSP Go and successfully modding it following another one of your tutorials for the PSPGo. Now I have successfully modded my Vita too. Thank you!
Really straightforward tutorial. Managed to downgrade a 3.73 henkaku system (an iffy install that someone else did), restore system to defaults, install henkaku and everything I could ever want in about 30 mins with zero Vita CFW knowledge (I do have experience installing CFWs though). Thank you, keep up the good work!

Thank you soooo much for this tutorial. I had my vita hacked but accidently moved my tai folder then on startup all of my apps were gone. I ended up factory resetting my vita and updating it.
