    सर जी लगातार चार दिन से कोहनी मे दर्द हो रहा है exercise करी फ़िर भी कम ना हुआ 😢😢

    Meri koni me dard 6 month se hai Ye dard mujhe Dewar me kohni dukne se Lagbhag 15 saal pehle se shuru hua tha kya karu samajh nahi Aa raha

    One Question 🙏. *I have Weak muscles and Weak bone* .. Weak Spine \ Backbone.. 🙏🙏 रीढ़ की हड्डी \. कमर बार. बार झुक जाता है..स्पाइन (Spine \Backbone) को सीधा रखने में दिक्कत होता है.. if Possible Suggestions some yoga Excercise 🙏🙏🙏
