Floatation is all about displacement vs weight/density. I am not sure how that would work with concrete. Concrete may still be too heavy.

@@SeidelRanch how about if I in addition packed the concrete with closed empty water bottles as well as the barrels?

So the platform dock itself is 12x8 right? How many barrels did you use for the dock portion itself? Not the walkway.

I put 4 55 gallon barrels on each side. So 8 total.
