The same has happened to me. It’s devastating and painful to endure due to colleagues who should support you but are perpetrators or enablers. I’m currently on the waiting list for therapy and on antidepressants. I don’t think I’ll ever get over this and I curse the devil who put me in this position.

The issue is that most of our nurses get away easily with issues back home. Over there, those issues are punishable. The advice i'll give nurses is that, be professional back home, admit your mistakes and correct them before you leave.
