If ever there were a deal breaker on whether any airliner is comfortable for passengers, it's how well padded and therefore comfy the seats are. If the Max 10 truly has thinly padded and thus uncomfortable seats, passengers will do anything possible to avoid flying on the damn thing.

If it was really that bad pilots would refuse to fly it. Both accidents were due to pilots not being familiar with the mcas system. Obviously that can be blamed on several factors. Other airlines in other nations not doing the proper training, Boeing should have made it a bigger issue that airlines spend time addressing the system and what it does and how to turn it off if needed. The second crash , but possibly both could have been avoided if the pilots had known about the two little switches that turned the system off. I've grown up loving Boeing planes but it is definitely a bummer when u have accounts and bean counters run a company instead of engineers the way Boeing used to do it. Also we need to realize this DEI crap needs to go

737 Max was cobbled together ............ And it looks like it. Ugly plane. Old looking nose & windshield. Winglets look stupid. Sits too low on its wheels. Seat's padding looks like 1".
230 passenger plane with 2 tiny bathrooms? With 1st & 2nd class = 44 rows of seats. That unloads slow.

THE KILLER PLANE | The Boeing 737 MAX 8 [now they call it Max 10] has been known as the "killer plane" killing 370 human beings in two crashes. It is disrespectful of American, Southwest and other airlines that have used this plane again, caring more about money than human lives. The killer plane had its first flight in January 2016. Despite its short time on the market, the MAX 8 has been involved in two tragedies in fewer than five months: the Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 crash on March 10, 2019, and the Lion Air Flight JT 610 crash on Oct. 29, 2018. Don't get on board.

    • @BreckThePanther

They didn't rename the Max 8 to Max 10, the 10 is the longer version of the 8.

@@Perich29 The door plug issue is an entirely different issue than the prior MCAS one and will be quickly resolved. FAA will review the MAX production process to see if any further measures are needed.
