@@Riblet74 enjoy it mate. I remember that I didnt want to be in band going into middle school. Turns out those were the best experiences and I made awesome friendships.
My band teacher told us that this song is based on the fall of the Roman Empire.

1:55 is the Romans planning on how they will fight the Barbarians
2:26 is the battle (with the lower saxophone melody as the Barbarians and the trumpets as the Romans)

btw I put this in cus u forgot about the end of the roman empire and byzantines defeated it at the end of the piece.

I heard that the trombone was used years and years and years ago in churches as part of the choir because men where the only people to sing in the choir and the trombone resembles a male voice and its nickname is the holy instrument. I play the trombone
