I’ve had my heart broken by someone who I wasn’t even in a relationship with. And I never thought that was a real thing. But it is. You can love someone who’s not yours.And I hope I’m not alone. It’s such a terrible feeling. Loving someone you will never have is a horrible, devastating feeling.
I hate knowing that this is me. Just under the surface level I think it’s that I honestly I feel bad for anyone that dates me. I question them almost for agreeing to see me.

I have done the same thing with my friend too i stopped talking to her because i had started to develop feelings for her and it was so deep whereby i was losing myself she was so cute n pure in soul. So i decided to distance myself without valid reason because i didn't want to disappoint her. Ts now a year but i stalk her on IG she send the Miss Me messages buh sometimes maybe life can't give us everything we need.

I broke my own heart letting go of my high school sweetheart to take care of my mental health... I love him dearly but you truly have to love yourself before you can love someone else.. and he deserves the world. It was a great 4 years and who knows, maybe one day we’ll meet again and can rekindle what we had.

I would agree. The love of my life was diagnosed with breast cancer a year and a half into our relationship and I stayed. It was definitely hard but I was honored to be there for her .
Someone may be the love of your life but that doesn’t mean you are the love of their life. I wouldn’t want someone to stay in my life because they pity me. Staying with someone because there is something wrong with them is not a healthy relationship.

Five years ago I was this person. I found a friend and a safe space in my partner. He then told me I wasn't going to break - it took a while but I'm really in a good place; receiving and giving love.
Its worth the risk. I just had my heart broken and it hurts like hell but it was worth it for everything beautiful we had. It might go wrong and you might get hurt, what what if you dont? Dont miss out. The highs are higher than the lows are low.

When the young lady called her friend, my heart got so warm and full. You never know, the friend probably need someone to call to say "how are you doing?" Thoraya what you are doing is more than putting up videos on UA-cam for us to see but you influencing people to open their hearts and minds to others. Even if the person did not get the answer they were hoping but the fact that they finally made that call, they can get some sort of closure or the guts to move or start a heart movement. I lost my best friend of what would have been 10 years, last year in a car accident on Thanksgiving, she was on her way to visit me and her family. I definitely feel that losing a best friend is an extreme heart break. We made so many plans, so many things we wanted to do together.

Give meditation a serious try, it can change the way you see things. I never thought I could get out of my head, now i trust my feelings, feel connected to myself and see my hurt from another perspective. It changed a lot for me and i take things that happened/are happening much less personal and dont identify with them. It is hard to let go at first and take it seriously, but starting to see things from another perspective and understand about your ego a little bit, I believe this could help a lot of people. Just went through my first heartbreak a little over a month ago. While I'm not crying everyday anymore, the thoughts of her smiling face, the love we once shared, all of our memories and things we said still fill my mind every single day. My heart only wants her and to spend our lives together but my brain knows that can never happen. For me, I don't know if the thought of her will ever go away, and I dont think I want it to as much as I know I have to. I pray that we one day cross paths again, some how, some way, but for now I have to realize it's about me now. I dont even know myself anymore, I'm already a different person and I'm not sure if it's for the better or worse. My advice to those going through it right now is just be true to your emotions. The pain from heartbreak is something I wouldn't wish upon anyone, even my worst enemy. Some days are good and some are bad, the only thing we can do is just push forward with the hope that one day maybe we will get out of this dark place. We all have our true purpose in life and if things don't work out you have to have the faith and belief that everything will work itself out as long as you work on yourself. Be strong people.

2 yrs ago, I had my whole heart shattered when I found out my mother was dying from cancer. My mother was my best friend, and still a role model for me, and to not have her around anymore, it hurts. 😞😭😢
I've never felt heartbreak even close to when I lost my mom. It's been a year and a half. She was diagnosed with stage 4 uterine cancer and 5 months later, to the day, she couldn't hold on anymore. Every day I wake up and my heart breaks again. When something good happens, when something bad happens, when I'm lonely, when I need advice, when I want to call her and forget for a split second, my heart breaks. Breaks in a way I feel it every cell in my body. There's nothing that even compares to that pain. Im so sorry for your loss. I hope it's some comfort to know there are people out here in the world who understand. Sending you all my love.

We talk about stuff for hours and it usually starts calm, gets loud and back to calm again.. We work it out in the end.. but he never changed his answer so I guess I'm just in denial 😔 time has passed and just recently he says he doesn't remember saying that, but doesn't say it's not true about loving her more thn me.. Yeah, by my mother, I overheard her telling my sisters that she doesn't care about me and doesn't love me, it shattered my heart into a million pieces.
Maddy, I hope you can hang on until you are of age. It sounds like a horrible homelife. (My mom used to tell me things were nicer when I wasn't home. Forty years later writing this, and I'm throat-lumping. Some things just should not be said - ever - because they're just too mean.) Mom and I reconciled...it took years and years. But we had an incredible, respectful, wonderful relationship for three years. And then she suddenly died. I hope as you become an adult/go through adulthood, the two of you can become close and loving. But if not, that's okay, too. Surround yourself with kind people who care about you, and at least one bow-wow when you're able to care for it properly and forever. Again, I am sorry you overheard such a terrible statement. I wish you happiness and peace.
When that girl talked about forbidden love, you know it will never happen and that sometimes makes it worse it hit me so hard. That's the worst heartbreak I've ever experienced. I'm happy to say that girl and I are to this day closer than ever but we're still only friends. I've made peace with it like 98% so I'm better now. And she was always helpful to try and help me through it.
This really hits home. I lost my very best friend back when she and I was 15 & 14. She just disappeared after school one day, and no one knew what happened to her, until the search dogs found her.. She was found in a forest near her home, buried under a edge of land that had given after. She was my everything, and I've been feeling so alone since she left us, and I fear I'll never find someone as special again. I'm beyond happy that I was given the time I had with her, but it'll always be a torn in my heart, knowing I'll never see her smile, or hear her laugh again. That all our dreams will only be that. Dreams. The last time I saw her, was when I sat in the train waving goodbye to her waving back at me from the train station... Love those you have around you, let them know how much you love them, tell them everyday. ✨

Losing my black lab, sooty, on june 10 2019 then my cat this year on march 20th. I got sooty for my 5th birthday and she was the best gift i could ask for. She was so sweet and loved everyone she met. I had her for 12 years throughout all of my schooling. Losing her broke my heart as she took her last breath in my arms. She was like a sister to me and i lost a piece of me when she left me. Then losing my cat,munchies, of 18 years just ruined me. She was always there even when i was in the womb. For her last few years she always stayed next to me in my room keeping me company. Laying next to her, cuddling her and just staring into her beautiful eyes are the moments i will cherish. Both sooty and munchies felt like my guardian angels as they got me through the first stage of my life. Watching them go, watching their bodys drop in my arms is...the most heartbreaking experience i ever had. It literally felt like my heart broke in two. For weeks after i swear i could hear sootys little foot steps, munchies bell on her collar. Now they are watching over me. I am grateful i could be in their life and that they were a part of mine. I've just found this video (I love your channel) and I'm currently dealing with the worst heartbreak I've ever felt. I lost the only person I ever legitimately saw a future with 6 weeks ago. We worked so well together, everyone said it, we were so in love and so so happy. Then in just a week and a half it all fell apart on his side. It has broken me so badly. I have been hurt many times before so had my guard up for a while. I was always told or made to feel like I was annoying or a burden by friends, partners, even work colleagues. I once said this to my bf after he had made a comment that made me feel unwanted and he assured me that I was not annoying or a burden and that he loved me. So I finally let my guard down all the way. Ironically when he broke up with me his words were "you're too much" 💔 I genuinely don't believe I'll ever have the strength or the trust to love again and I still believe he was my soulmate and we were meant to be together, just obviously not for very long. I'm hoping we find our way back to each other - eventually. I still love him with all my heart, despite everything.

Like she asks them if they want her to stop recording, and how she asked that girl "what are you thinking right now?" and like she praises people, tells them she's sorry, she's so deep and genuine with what she does. My boyfriend broke up with me almost a month ago. He is my first love and our story has been random, unique and very magical which has made the heartache very deep. It's hard to let someone go when you don't even want to believe the idea that they might not be in your life that way again. I miss him everyday and everything reminds me of something we've done together. It's such a shame when circumstances don't work in your favor and you end up losing people you never wanted to. My boyfriend and I broke up because we went from seeing each other everyday for a year -> to a long distance relationship and we couldn’t handle it or know how it would work. Yes...My little brother was really picked on in elementary and in his 6th year he made a really, really good friend. He had his 12th birthday party with their family....The summer after that school year his friend was crushed in a car crash. I was with my little brother when he found out and I literally felt my heart break for him.

Ah, I guess since everyone else has the courage to share their own stories, I guess I will share mine too. Thank you to everyone else's comments who have inspired me to share my story. I struggle with expressing my emotions, and writing it out helps but it never feels enough. My heart was broken a couple months ago when I lost contact with this new guy friend I had made. We had been talking for a couple of months, just hanging, and eventually I told him I liked him because I hate living with that secret on my chest. He said he had liked me back too. We did not talk as much anymore after that, and it wasn't the idea of us not being together that broke my heart, it was believing that the friendship between us was not genuine to him as it was to me. I don't know, I really do not know, I have so many questions that I know I will never get the answers too. Slowly, day by day, I get a little stronger. It's all progress man.
You know what I really love and appreciate about this videos: for such a long time I thought I was completely alone with my thoughts like heartbreak, my shames, things that others said to me that I can't forget. I always thought I am not a normal human being for dealing with so many different stories for such a long time. But this project showed me that everyone out there has his own story and everyone is dealing with heartbreaks, shames and regrets or anything else. But people just hardly talk about it. So thank you for this wonderful project, it really helps me feel better
My first heartbreak was my dad...when I realized he wasn’t the father I thought he was as a child, it’s affected every aspect of my life since then and it still does. Wow, feels good to let this out
Mine broke yesterday after a break up. Both met someone else, got kids pretty soon because they thought it wouldn't happen. I know its easy to say. But your time will come.. my ex bf planned with me kids too.. and after 2 days talking about it he broke up with me. He is awfull.. your ex is awfull.. but our time will come.
I fell in love with a man in my dream. In the dream I met him when I was 14 years old. And I became a bodyguard to protect him. But he ended up dying in my arms with a smile couple years later. The dream was so real and so detailed. Several years had passed, I still couldn’t move on from it.

Five years ago I was this person. I found a friend and a safe space in my partner. He then told me I wasn't going to break - it took a while but I'm really in a good place; receiving and giving love.
Its worth the risk. I just had my heart broken and it hurts like hell but it was worth it for everything beautiful we had. It might go wrong and you might get hurt, what what if you dont? Dont miss out. The highs are higher than the lows are low.
If anyone is going through a heartbreak right now. I'll get better.. Time heals all wounds. I'll never truly heal but you'll learn to live with it. 19 year old, two bad heartbreaks later, you just gotta keep moving forward.

Give meditation a serious try, it can change the way you see things. I never thought I could get out of my head, now i trust my feelings, feel connected to myself and see my hurt from another perspective. It changed a lot for me and i take things that happened/are happening much less personal and dont identify with them. It is hard to let go at first and take it seriously, but starting to see things from another perspective and understand about your ego a little bit, I believe this could help a lot of people. Just went through my first heartbreak a little over a month ago. While I'm not crying everyday anymore, the thoughts of her smiling face, the love we once shared, all of our memories and things we said still fill my mind every single day. My heart only wants her and to spend our lives together but my brain knows that can never happen. For me, I don't know if the thought of her will ever go away, and I dont think I want it to as much as I know I have to. I pray that we one day cross paths again, some how, some way, but for now I have to realize it's about me now. I dont even know myself anymore, I'm already a different person and I'm not sure if it's for the better or worse. My advice to those going through it right now is just be true to your emotions. The pain from heartbreak is something I wouldn't wish upon anyone, even my worst enemy. Some days are good and some are bad, the only thing we can do is just push forward with the hope that one day maybe we will get out of this dark place. We all have our true purpose in life and if things don't work out you have to have the faith and belief that everything will work itself out as long as you work on yourself. Be strong people.

That sounds like it might be depression. I’m a stranger on the internet and I obviously can’t diagnose you based off of one comment but you should talk to your doctor about those feelings you’re having and he can recommend therapy and/or prescription drugs. Hope you’re doing ok. ❤️

I've never felt heartbreak even close to when I lost my mom. It's been a year and a half. She was diagnosed with stage 4 uterine cancer and 5 months later, to the day, she couldn't hold on anymore.
Every day I wake up and my heart breaks again. When something good happens, when something bad happens, when I'm lonely, when I need advice, when I want to call her and forget for a split second, my heart breaks. Breaks in a way I feel it every cell in my body. There's nothing that even compares to that pain.

We talk about stuff for hours and it usually starts calm, gets loud and back to calm again.. We work it out in the end.. but he never changed his answer so I guess I'm just in denial 😔 time has passed and just recently he says he doesn't remember saying that, but doesn't say it's not true about loving her more thn me.. I just ask like it doesn't bother me anymore, but I've been different with him ever since. I also feel stronger.. I have a long story but I won't go there.

Yeah, by my mother, I overheard her telling my sisters that she doesn't care about me and doesn't love me, it shattered my heart into a million pieces.

Maddy, I hope you can hang on until you are of age. It sounds like a horrible homelife. (My mom used to tell me things were nicer when I wasn't home. Forty years later writing this, and I'm throat-lumping. Some things just should not be said - ever - because they're just too mean.)
Mom and I reconciled...it took years and years. But we had an incredible, respectful, wonderful relationship for three years. And then she suddenly died.
I hope as you become an adult/go through adulthood, the two of you can become close and loving. But if not, that's okay, too. Surround yourself with kind people who care about you, and at least one bow-wow when you're able to care for it properly and forever.

When that girl talked about forbidden love, you know it will never happen and that sometimes makes it worse it hit me so hard. That's the worst heartbreak I've ever experienced. I'm happy to say that girl and I are to this day closer than ever but we're still only friends. I've made peace with it like 98% so I'm better now. And she was always helpful to try and help me through it.

This really hits home. I lost my very best friend back when she and I was 15 & 14. She just disappeared after school one day, and no one knew what happened to her, until the search dogs found her.. She was found in a forest near her home, buried under a edge of land that had given after.
She was my everything, and I've been feeling so alone since she left us, and I fear I'll never find someone as special again.
I'm beyond happy that I was given the time I had with her, but it'll always be a torn in my heart, knowing I'll never see her smile, or hear her laugh again. That all our dreams will only be that. Dreams.
The last time I saw her, was when I sat in the train waving goodbye to her waving back at me from the train station...

I’ve learned from experience that they aren’t mature, yet. They aren’t ready for a real relationship/ friendship with communication. Don’t get me wrong being ghosted sucks but, I’ve learned that it was probably for the best.

I think the thing that makes these interactions have way more of a visceral effect is because of the focused frame on the face. Something about the micro facial expressions constantly shifting definitely adds to the personal and highly intimate aspect of your videos.

Losing my black lab, sooty, on june 10 2019 then my cat this year on march 20th.
I got sooty for my 5th birthday and she was the best gift i could ask for. She was so sweet and loved everyone she met. I had her for 12 years throughout all of my schooling. Losing her broke my heart as she took her last breath in my arms. She was like a sister to me and i lost a piece of me when she left me. Then losing my cat,munchies, of 18 years just ruined me. She was always there even when i was in the womb. For her last few years she always stayed next to me in my room keeping me company. Laying next to her, cuddling her and just staring into her beautiful eyes are the moments i will cherish. Both sooty and munchies felt like my guardian angels as they got me through the first stage of my life. Watching them go, watching their bodys drop in my arms is...the most heartbreaking experience i ever had. It literally felt like my heart broke in two. For weeks after i swear i could hear sootys little foot steps, munchies bell on her collar. Now they are watching over me. I am grateful i could be in their life and that they were a part of mine. I love u always munchies and sooty

I've just found this video (I love your channel) and I'm currently dealing with the worst heartbreak I've ever felt. I lost the only person I ever legitimately saw a future with 6 weeks ago. We worked so well together, everyone said it, we were so in love and so so happy. Then in just a week and a half it all fell apart on his side. It has broken me so badly. I have been hurt many times before so had my guard up for a while. I was always told or made to feel like I was annoying or a burden by friends, partners, even work colleagues. I once said this to my bf after he had made a comment that made me feel unwanted and he assured me that I was not annoying or a burden and that he loved me. So I finally let my guard down all the way. Ironically when he broke up with me his words were "you're too much" 💔 I genuinely don't believe I'll ever have the strength or the trust to love again and I still believe he was my soulmate and we were meant to be together, just obviously not for very long. I'm hoping we find our way back to each other - eventually. I still love him with all my heart, despite everything.
This video made me realize how caring and kind Thoraya is. Like she asks them if they want her to stop recording, and how she asked that girl "what are you thinking right now?" and like she praises people, tells them she's sorry, she's so deep and genuine with what she does. It really isn't just for the sake of youtube. She's meant to be out there talking about deep stuff to strangers.

My boyfriend broke up with me almost a month ago. He is my first love and our story has been random, unique and very magical which has made the heartache very deep. It's hard to let someone go when you don't even want to believe the idea that they might not be in your life that way again. I miss him everyday and everything reminds me of something we've done together. It's such a shame when circumstances don't work in your favor and you end up losing people you never wanted to. I’m tearing up because this video shows me how vulnerable strangers are. You don’t know someone’s story and how much pain someone is carrying on their shoulders. Also it made me think of the question as well. My boyfriend and I broke up because we went from seeing each other everyday for a year -> to a long distance relationship and we couldn’t handle it or know how it would work. And it still breaks my heart to this day because I wanted it to work and I know he did too. We’ve been broken up for 6 months now and I wish he’d come back.

laila DAILAL ah it was in college three years ago , this incredible girl who I was friends with , liked me (which I came to know later). I had like the biggest crush on her . But she was wayyy beyond my league . After I came to know she liked me I started avoiding her , idk self esteem issues or what . And one day she called up all drunk crying she loves me and why I behaved miserably with her . I had no answers and I hung up on her 😏. She called me over 20 times , didn’t receive once .

The girl who spoke about her best friend’s mother passing away and wanting her life to be celebrated and have everyone be happy was so beautiful especially when she said it was like a sea of yellow that’s such an image. She really explained her heartbreak vividly and it was almost bitter sweet in the way it’s so tragic to lose someone like that but for that person to leave such an impact on people in a positive loving way.

Yes...My little brother was really picked on in elementary and in his 6th year he made a really, really good friend. He had his 12th birthday party with their family....The summer after that school year his friend was crushed in a car crash. I was with my little brother when he found out and I literally felt my heart break for him.

My heart was broken a couple months ago when I lost contact with this new guy friend I had made. We had been talking for a couple of months, just hanging, and eventually I told him I liked him because I hate living with that secret on my chest. He said he had liked me back too. We did not talk as much anymore after that, and it wasn't the idea of us not being together that broke my heart, it was believing that the friendship between us was not genuine to him as it was to me. I don't know, I really do not know, I have so many questions that I know I will never get the answers too. Slowly, day by day, I get a little stronger. It's all progress man.

10/23 is my brother’s birthday, and It’s crazy to think one family is celebrating while another is mourning.
You know what I really love and appreciate about this videos: for such a long time I thought I was completely alone with my thoughts like heartbreak, my shames, things that others said to me that I can't forget. I always thought I am not a normal human being for dealing with so many different stories for such a long time.

Both met someone else, got kids pretty soon because they thought it wouldn't happen. I know its easy to say. But your time will come.. my ex bf planned with me kids too.. and after 2 days talking about it he broke up with me. He is awfull.. your ex is awfull.. but our time will come.
I fell in love with a man in my dream. In the dream I met him when I was 14 years old. And I became a bodyguard to protect him. But he ended up dying in my arms with a smile couple years later.
The dream was so real and so detailed. Several years had passed, I still couldn’t move on from it.
