About to do a Tandem Jump?
This video gives you 6 tips to fully enjoy your first skydive!
#1 - It's OK to feel nervous - Let it be part of the experience!
#2 - Relaxe & Breathe - Remembering to breathe is the only possible issue.
#3 - Don't close your eyes - You made it all the way up there, enjoy the view!
#4 - Buy the video & photos - That day will go by sooo fast, so you'll want to rewatch it for sure.
#5 - Trust your instructor - They are fully trained and experienced. Moreover, they are jumping with you so they better not screw up. ;)
#6 - Smile & have fun - It's a life changing experience!

I did my first tandem today. I was super calm until the door flew open and I stuck my feet out. Then it was sheer panic. The moment we were out of the plane I was so relieved!

Great Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard about - Riyabbah Unflappable Review (probably on Google)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to make any lady reach an uncontrollable orgasm minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my old buddy Taylor after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.
1st tandem was today. This video has a lot more aha moments than it did a few days ago when I watched it. Thanks Catherine for all the videos. It helped me a lot today. Next tandem will be tomorrow if we can fit it in so I can start the ground school. Blue skies!

@@laylaram8225 it was so much fun!I was the first one to jump out of the plane...The freefall part was so cool and scary lol, I was trying so hard to catch my breath lol and my ears were ringing afterwards but once the parachute went up it was so nice and beautiful looking at the view..I’d definitely do it again

Going to do my 2nd Tandem tomorrow morning. My first Tandem was at Skydive Hawaii. After returning to the USA I completed 3 static line jumps and completed the Accelerated freefall course. So including the jump tomorrow I will have 16 jumps total. Back to the blue sky after 26 years of no jumping activity.

I cant skydive in a tandem or take an AFF course yet because I am not 18, but I still watch all your videos to learn as much as I can!

I did my first and only tandem jump so far in September of 2003 at Skydive Greene County in Xenia, Ohio. I got the video on VHS, but it got lost somewhere in the house. I'll try to find it one of these days. Anyways, I've been wanting to jump again and have plans to do so after I ride my 300th different roller coaster this summer (I'm a coaster enthusiast and general thrill seeker). After that, I might go after my Class A license after I get the finances. We'll see. Thanks for the awesome content! I've been enjoying it!

jumped 3 days ago: euphoric! if you're reading this and haven't jumped yet I can promise the fear you think you're going to feel on that day? Not so much. Nervous but super hyped up and exciting. And yes, it's overwhelming and over far too quickly. Just remember, BANANA, and BLUE SKIES! *FIST BUMPS FOR EVERYONE!
Plane ride is the scariest part. You’ll keep looking out the window and it will freak you out but you’ll do it anyways. It’s just a weird and amazing experience. I jumped a little over a decade ago. I’m thinking about getting license cause I really need a healthy hobby.
So excited for my tandem in a month. I’ve been interested in skydiving for years and have wanted to do AFF as well, and I’ll be so happy to finally experience a jump :)

I'm actually thinking about doing my first random jump ever even though I haven't done it yet just thinking about it , is making nervous cause I never jumped out of a plane before, and I never flown in a plane.
I did a tandem last month and I agree with your tip of getting video and pictures. I had no idea what I did as my brain did not register that I jumped out of a plane. Definitely being able to watch it back helped me to process it. I would like to do solo after some tunnel time

I wish I would have watched something like this before I jumped haha… especially the breathing thing. Anyway it was amazing and I am determined to do it again, this time with no goggle malfunctions, proper breathing and pictures 🤞

Nervous about doing it, but would want to try and do it in the next year (too cold at the mo!). Thanks to my far away friend. Yes video package would have to be added as a must. Onwards and upwards.

Hey! You can wear sport clothes and shoes that you can tie. Your weight is fine. For eating, it's as you feel it. It's not like a roller coaster but you might be stressed out a bit. Maybe eat 1 hour prior. ;)

If tandem is the prize of losing a bet, then what is the prize of winning it.
I was nervous about my shoe coming off, so for the next jump I took paratrooper's boots. Tandem instructor was not too happy about my choice. Another instructor said that never, ever has shoe gone off.
Also, during my first free fall my heart was beating like crazy and I was a bit worried if I was going to have a stroke. Never had it. Anyhow, it is good to take health seriously.

It’s really fine, they tell you what to do. Breathing doesn’t get affected. If your mouth dries up, close it. Have fun, you deserve it.
