    It works just don't over eat once you feel a tiny bit full then stop eating I would also do this an hour after lunch and after dinner

    sooooo I tried this and i was a bit skeptical at first. looks way too easy lol. ive been doing this for about 6 days and I see a difference . i lost about 3 inches on my waist and my love handles and back fat has gone down by 3 inches. I'm on a diet and i also do 5 mins skipping and some.ab workouts biut i work out for less than 10-15 mins a day or less. Maybe i will update in after my 14 days. I didnt do the green tea. After my work out i had ginger and honey tea, salad for breakfast, heavy lunch, light dinner before 7 and some more ginger and honey tea before bed . wish I could post pix 😌

      Hip dips are the disfiguring of your skeleton. I’m afraid that a workout can’t help you with that.

      just so you know hip dips are NOT a disfiguration. a lot of people have them and they are beautiful! you can’t “get rid “ of them but you can tone up around them! ❤️

    Yes but walk at least 45 mints 2 times a day and half n hour swimming after 3 months you will find massive change

    My weight is 44 kg and I'm 23 years old. Everything is perfect but for a year, this side fat and arm fat came from nowhere, may be hip fat also. I have always been slim, now I hate it on my body.
