ABOUT TRAVIS
After surviving a near death experience in Kauai and another during the Thailand Tsunami of 2004, Travis Eliot dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of yoga and meditation to as many people as possible. Travis is a world-renowned yoga and meditation teacher and author. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his family and teaches his signature Holistic Yoga Flow classes in workshops, festivals and retreats around the world. His style is intensely dynamic, infused with practical wisdom and has inspired many of today's top athletes, celebrities, and entertainers.
Most recently Travis has become passionate about spreading yoga and meditation inside maximum security prisons. This work has proven to bring light to the darkest of places.

Hi Travis! I skipped two days so I decided to practice Day 20 and 21 today, and Day 22 and 23 tomorrow. Is that advisable? (Is it advisable to practice yoga twice in one day?)

I am 71 years old and always were active.I had a very tough life but my positive attitude and mind give me courage to carry on.18 yeas ago I lost my son in car accident and my life got darkness but when you couldn’t do anything for what happened so after two weeks back to work and my active life as training,running.I did three half marathon just for my son.I never have done yoga tills 3 weeks ago when I saw your power yoga .
Your advice and the way you training I feel stronger and feel the power in my brain and body.
