Hey Vernon, I want you to know that I’m really happy. That you have been able to adapt to Canada the way that you have. Catching fish and still making your videos. I was really afraid when you moved. That we wouldn’t get any more videos from you. I know you said that we would continue to get them and it makes me happy that we are. OK take care bud.😊
Thanks Ralph, catching fish would have always happened. But the sharing of the videos only happens because of great supporters and viewers like you. Thanks.
HEY VERN YOU NEED TO DO A CATCH AND COOK CURIOUS HOW THOSES FISH TASTE UP THERE, SAUGER, GOLDENEYE, WALLEYE. THANKS FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT VERN. RANDY LV NV
Hey Randy. I am planning some catch and cooks, but people have got me scared to do so. Apparently these fish have crazy worms in summer... So just researching, when I get the right time, we will try some.
Hi Vernon, great video, i didn’t think that bass lived as far north as Canada. Did you have to pay extra to fish on this reservoir or Manitoba license is all you needed?
Thanks. Loads of lakes with smallmouth, but only a handful of lakes with largies. And as far as I know, you only need a Manitoba license. But I would strongly recommend getting a annual Parks pass.

Thank you for the shout out. So happy to see you got a Largemouth!
Thanks JT, did not know if you would see it.
They are quite active and they all seem to be the same size - more or less. This makes the trip worthwhile. Nice bass!
Thanks Joe, apparently good eating size.
Great video... as usual. Thanks for sharing the location, I would not have expected good fishing spots in that area of south-central Manitoba.
Thanks Richard, some more great spots to explore down there...
Hey Vernon I think u need to find a wider dock to fish on. I'm sure I would have fallen in. 😅...
Lol, I hear you Robert. It's good that the camera does not point down, or you would see how weird I am walking to not fall in.

Looks like you had a successful day, Vernon! I loved the football bass - great stuff! 😂😂
It was! Thanks!
