Hi Sebastian, Thank you for all your motivation videos. I learn so much thing from your video. I'm Indonesian. Correct my english ya. Hehehe Terima kasih
Sebastian Pirie *I love you* Fr never met such a matured charismatic guy I wish in med school i had someone like you 🙌🏻. Would’ve been such fun studying along Although ik self-study is the best😂 but ukw i mean right💞💞
Tip1: create you place of homework ( no phone) a clean place no distractions Tip2: plan your next day in the night Tip3:develop a good morning routine ( dont lose time, make that your brain beggin to work) dont touch your phone Tip4: write not to do list
You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. Habit will sustain you whether you're inspired or not. Successful people are simple those with successful habits. We get to reach where we are now because of what we constantly do productively each day.
In order to stop procrastinating find your “why”. And by that I mean find out why you truly want to go to medical school. There is a fun exercise you can do to find this but you will need a partner called the 7 layers deep exercise. Have someone ask you “why do you want to go to medical school?” Answer the question , for example your answer might be “I love medicine.”Then have them ask you why to whatever you answered. Tell them to continue to ask you “why” to whatever you answer until they’ve asked you 7 times. That is your why. That will keep you motivated.
You actually came up with a tip I have never heard before! People usually just repeat others, but this was very original. I will def try the not to do list!!
I appreciate this! I especially love tip number four, very unique! I’ll try them out, thank you ❤️ P.S I love the penguin! We all know who the true star of the show is 🤓
I enjoy watching your videos so much. You’re very well spoken, you have a very friendly attitude and your attractiveness helps with keeping people listening! I’m sure you’re going to make an amazing doctor, and for now, thank you for your videos. I really appreciate them :)
A video like this is really nessicary during the current lock in situation. I was able to bring my grades back up this week, they dropped from A's because I didnt feel motivated and I was under loads of stress. :/ thanks the tips, tip 2 is very helpful for me.☺
When I feel that I'm lacking on motivation, I came here and watch your videos hahahahhaaha I'm trying to incorporate a nem morning routine, and I also want to go to a Med School too, but I need to study for the exams and for the Nursing's class. So sometimes I get tired and with any motivation to study, but your videos always help me to get back on the road. Thanks a lot Sebastian! ❤️
Your videos somehow and always makes me get up and study when ever I don't feel like honestly so please keep dropping good content please 1❤from Nigeria...
Hey Sebastian, absolutely love your videos and content. As a third year student in the Republic of Ireland, I've picked up so many top tips. Great content man 👍👌👏👏
Hi, I'm also a medical student from VietNam and currently I'm 5th-year. I really really wonder whether or not could you make an English subtitile for every single video you make because I mean everyone can easily watch it, besides it has some medicine terms that quite stranger for somebody so I hope to see videos with subtitle soon. Love from VietNam to you.
Hi Sebastian, thanks for the great content. Is it possible for you to make a video on how you take notes with your iPad pro on notability? That'd be really helpful. Thanks again
Really like the forest app! been using it for a while. But throwing your phone under the bed could also help 🤣 should do that Love how Mr. Penguin is your soul supporter!
Wow... A great job .👍🏻 Your tips will really helpful for me.😃 Thank U Dr. 🩺👏🏻 congratulations to be a good DOCTOR full with humanity ! ☺️💯 ( Frm- SL 🇱🇰)
Hi Sebastian! Love your videos! I’m in my first year of my undergrad degree, and I want to do post grad medicine after. I was just a watching your GAMSAT video and I was wondering if you’d recommend doing the GAMSAT a year before you have to help get practise in? For example, should I try the GAMSAT in my second year, even though I won’t be able to properly do it until my third? Thanks!
Wow thank you! Can you give advice on how can I study. I'm having my internship now and at the same time we need to study for exam. I'm having a hard time to manage it, we have 36hrs duty and I'm already tired when I go home 😔😔 Thank you if you will reply. Or may be there will be separate video for that 😂 God bless
That's some tiring working hours, keep up the great work ethic :) That's a great suggestion, something to work on. Hope you're keeping well, and take care ✌🏼
Excellent video, but too late. I know I should be studying, but my mates convinced me to download League and WoW, and I’ve been playing a few hours every day 😆
Thank you for the tips! Anyway, a little bit of suggestion maybe you can show us in depth on how you use apps like Notion or Anki to help in your studies. I know you have shown to us in your previous vlog but I'm very interested to explore different methods and techniques of study. Cheers and stay safe :)
Great tips , thanks .But I have a big problem with TO-DO-LISTs , they just lead me to procrastinate more and feel depressed .I never completed a one :(
If you're having trouble with to-do lists, try writing down one thing you want to achieve in the day. If you manage to finish it, write down one more, and work on your tasks in an orderly fashion. I find breaking work down into manageable chunks help you get over that procrastination slump :) Best of luck!!
