I spent 8 hours last night sleeping, woke up twice and felt drained by the time I woke up. This has been the case for the last couple months due to insomnia. This short video has me feeling well rested for the first time in months. Game changer! Thank you! Hibernian sent me here.

I've been doing yoga nidra for 4 years now and I'm doing them daily the last few years. My sankalpa changes based on what I need, nowadays it's I am strong, I have peace in me and I am supported. I have chronic illness and nidra helps me accept and navigate throughout the hardships of that and also calms my nervous system that immune reactions trigger badly. I do it 2-3 times a day to really let my mind and body rest. Thank you Ally for everything you provide for the public. ❤

Your passion for Yoga Nidra shines through, you are extremely genuine in your practices and help so many people with focussing on the body and the breath. It personally helps me a lot to be more present and gives a break from racing thoughts and anxiety. I listen to the longer ones a night time. I am starting my postgraduate studies in psychology soon and I have always wanted to practice in a very holistic way. I very much look forward to getting my registration and helping others like you do. I feel that meditation, particularly Yoga nidra will be ideal to incorporate in some sessions. Thank you so much 🤗
I’ve been practicing these near daily for a few months now. They definitely seem to be helping me. One thing I realized is that if you practice yoga nidra regularly like exercise the easier it gets to go into a really deep state of relaxation. For me it’s mainly deepening the level of maximum cozy comfort I can get into which itself is awesome as I’ve always been on such high alert. And I’m really enjoying the different techniques like the buzzing bee breathing gives me such a deeply felt body calm it’s so cool.❤from US Midwest!

Thank you for providing so many videos with so many different lengths. I have been practising yoga nidra with you on and off for 4 years now and I find that if my ptsd symptoms symptoms are bad I have to go back to the shorter ones and build up my technique again. I'm so thankful you have provided me with so much variety ❤

Such a great recovery time😊 i just napped for 15min sitting on a couch in the middle of the working, my body still calls the recovery time after the yesturday's heavy workout and i found it rest within ur short yoga nidra practice ❤may u be blessed dear Ally❤❤❤
I have to tell you that I truly Love the nidras you do. The only suggestion I have on this one is the parasympathetic breath. It is to pull in a deep breath and THEN top it with a puff or two. This is like when a person cries and the parasympathetic system resets. 🙏
