hey what about the Graph Editor is it you don't like? Anyway, thanks for showing your workflow! Edit: to save a bit of counter animating when two characters are involved you can select bones on both rigs and then set the rotate pivot to go around the "active element" useful e.g. you tweak the hip rotation of the pumpkin character while the cat is on him
I second the question about what makes Blender's Graph Editor suck. I'm not trying to defend it, just genuinely wanting to know what is missing from it.
sorry, the file was really huge at native resolution so I had to make it smaller to make it a manageable style. A lot of isn't isn't supposed to be a direct walkthrough, more of a demo of how animation is made. If you want clarification on anything I did let me know and I"ll tell you what to do!
