I suspect Gendry will have an important role during the final two seasons of Game of Thrones. The current Arryn line doesn't descend from Aemma Arryn. It's more likely Rodrik Arryn. And house Arryn doesn't always have the next ruler be the child of the previous, in Fire and Blood, sometimes it went to another sibling or to a cousin.

being Aegon's bastard half-brother was a rumour not fact, however I do believe that he was but he probably got the name from his mother and was a highborn-bastard. Baratheon sounds too good to just make up.
It's possible that Orys' mother was a highborn lady of Valyrian descent, but not as pureblooded and high standing as Targeryens. Possibly like with Celtigars and Velaryons, her parents weren't siblings and she had black hair with blue eyes. It is highly possible to inherit such physical qualities for a Targeryen (look at prince Duncan, son of Aegon V, Baelor Breakspear). So, Orys must've gotten his features from his mom, but also from Aegon's dad and may've resembled him greatly, since Aegon was also known for his strong build, broad shoulders and powerful looks.

She may be willing to claim the last remaining offspring, legitimate or not, of the man who killed her brother, Rhaegar, as an ally. She never met either Rhaegar or Robert, but it seems that Gendry has inherited his father's near legendary strength and is a skilled blacksmith, and assuming he's still alive, one of the last traces of the Baratheon line left in Westeros. Also, if the ages of the cast are any indication, Gendry would likely be one of Robert's oldest bastards, since Joe Dempsie, the actor that played Gendry, is just one year younger than Richard Madden, who played Robb Stark.
I feel like some important Baratheons were left out like Rogar, ultimate badass, & Hand to King Jaeharys the Conciliator; along with his kids Boremund & Jocelyn. He married the King's mother Alyssa Velaryon and had 2 kids; Jocelyn would grow to marry Jaeharys' heir & Prince of Dragonstone, Aemon Targaryen. Aemon & Jocelyn had a daughter, Rhaenys Targaryen, which is the 1st time, for sure, that Targaryen blood legitimately entered the Baratheon Family. This relation is also what Robert Baratheon hung his eligibility to be King on. Normally some rebel wouldn't be made King but since he could prove his lineage with Targaryen blood he was eligible to become King; otherwise, most likely another Great Council would've been called to determine who was next in line to sit the Iron Throne.
The family trees are great, but I feel like the shorter versions are taking away from the whole point of the family tree. Even if you don't discuss, or know the backgrounds of all of the members of the tree, at least put their names there.

That's not how it works. Other houses marry each other all the time and they're not considered kin. Baratheons aren't the only ones with Targaryen blood either, Martells, Penrose, Plumm, Longwater have Targaryen blood in them. There may be others. Baratheon is a different house so they're not kin. Kinslaying is something done within the same noble house. If a Stark killed a Stark then it would be kinslaying, if a Stark killed a Karstark, it is not kinslaying.

He is, just a combination of two characters. Another one of Robert's Bastards named Edric Storm, has has the story where Melisandre toys with him and has Davos save him.

Not all of Robert's are dead. There's still Gendry, Mya and Edric, plus a couple more - I think/hope. Not all of them are in King's Landing.
Apart from the the three main ones, Bella was the only one mentioned not killed, but it's unlikely that's still the case.

That's not how it works. Other houses marry each other all the time and they're not considered kin.
Baratheons aren't the only ones with Targaryen blood either, Martells, Penrose, Plumm, Longwater have Targaryen blood in them. There may be others.
Baratheon is a different house so they're not kin. Kinslaying is something done within the same noble house. If a Stark killed a Stark then it would be kinslaying, if a Stark killed a Karstark, it is not kinslaying.

To be honest I think Gendry is the only legit Baratheon left in the story so he should take up all lands belonging to the Baratheon name.
He was in the show, but it's unlikely in the books. Robert has 3 living bastards in the books: Mya Stone, Edric Storm, and Gendry. Edric is acknowledged and a son, Mya is acknowledged, but a daughter, while Gendry remained unacknowledged. If any of Robert's bastards were likely to be legitimized in the book continuity, it'd be Edric
