‼️‼️‼️For any other recipe just type in Cooking Con Claudia, followed by the recipe name you trying to find, if I already made it it should appear as the first videos ☺️ if not, request it in the comments 😘
✅Tip: start with 3 cups broth and if after adding it the masa looks dry add the other cup and just in case your masa is too watery just add a little more masa flour just make sure to not add more than 1/2 cup! We want the masa to be smooth and fluffy but most important moist!!!!! So just TRUST the process!!!
Ingredients: 12
3 lbs chicken with ribs
1 lb tomatillos(10)
1/4 onion
4 green onions
3 garlic cloves
Handful of cilantro
1 roasted and peeled hatch pepper
1 roasted and peeled poblano pepper
3 cups instant corn masa for tamales
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
6 oz lard, shortening, coconut oil
Oregano
Chicken bouillon
Salt
1 serving of love💕

1st of all, I absolutely love your taste in cookware/accessories. Beautiful colors. 2nd, I love how you give tips about working smarter not harder yet still accomplishing the best recipe. Lastly, you are my absolute culinary role model for pursuing your dream of being a culinary chef and sharing with us, your audience, your recipes. I just ended 20 years working in education to care for my parents battling cancer and diabetes. I'm still finding jobs here there but I just got hired to work for a culinary chef for one of the NBA teams. I've always wanted to pursue my dream of culinary arts but was to afraid to stop working and knew the only time I'd get to cook/bake was for family, friends, and coworkers. Thank you Claudia for being an inspiration. Okay, I'm going to stop crying.

I work at a Fruit and Meat market. We get poblanos, Serrano, jalapeños, cayenne, cubanelle, Anaheim, hungarian wax, sweet banana, ivory, flamingo, habaneron, reapers and cherry bombs. But no hatch chile.

I been trying to talk myself into making Tamales for the first time but I remember my Mom and Tias taking 2 days to make them of course the were all talking and hitting the brandy.....I'm still gonna make the Tamales...... but I think I can handle these tonight....Thank You for all your great recipes......Bomb channel 4 sure.......keep it up.....

I've been known to make cornbread with masa harina.
I also use it to make chile rellenos instead of eggs.

Wow, I didn't know tamales were seasonal? I do know good hand-rolled tamales are hard to find. I've lived in South Texas most of my life and a good part in South Louisiana, where I married two Cajun women, both fantastic cooks, so I know good Mexican, Tex-Mex, and Cajun food when I see and eat it; your recipes are so charmingly authentic and delicious I pass them on the family and friends. I plan to buy your cookbook, too. Now that I've watched this video, I'm going to have to try these tamale bowls; they look so darn good! 😎
