Just found you and subbed. Looking forward to finding ways to improve my situation. Diet that helps with inflamation has been suggested. I'm trying "bone broth" as one of the changes. Any opinions on bone broth.

Hi Alyssa, I appreciate your videos so much! I've been learning lots and doing various exercises and stretches. I have mild osteoarthritis in my back, and tge pain there has lessened. I've had stiffness in my hips, and if you have more tips on how to deal with that, that would be great. I've been visiting family and was sleeping on a really hard mattress, and I wondered if that contributed to it. I bought a foamy to put on the mattress, but still have some pain. Thank you and God bless you! 😂
So glad you like the videos...here is a video on hips you can check out. ua-cam.com/video/AvY42yf57GQ/v-deo.html

Is stopping methotrexate dangerous or is it better to come off slowly?
Thanks for the video, I agree with you, I have a question, if after 2+ months of treatment with Plaquenil and Methotrexate pills there is no more pain and almost no inflammation. i am doing about 50 minutes a day exersises.
What is better to do stop taking the pills and let the body heal itself or continue taking pills for years with side efects?
Hi Alyssa, where can I find your handout? Thank you very much for your very good and informative videos!
