Past few months only (male 53), been having the following symptoms - wondering what could be the underlying problem & what is worth trying... - Infrequent stools with pebble consistency only (which sinks) & despite eating same amount of fibre as before (in proportion) & 2-3L daily water intake. Increased fibre intake & exercise (long walks in my case) makes no difference. - Internal pain & tightness in mid-back, especially after eating & may last several hours. - Sometimes also experience burning sensation in upper right side of abdomen after eating. - Apparent food intolerances that I never had before. - More than usual: bloating, burping & flatulence. - Difficulty digesting food, like a lack of stomach acid &/or bile & digestive enzymes. - Feelings of malnutrition, as indigestion or intestines seem not to be absorbing nutrients properly. - Fatigue & sleep issues. - Brain fog: difficulty. concentrating, memory issues - Calcium build-up? Excess calcium oxalate crystals being secreted through eyes, hyperoxaluria? - Due to decreased appetite, been eating a third of the calories compared to before walking more but not losing weight - insulin resistant or oxalate issue? - Sometimes internal lower back pain: faecal impaction or kidney issue? - Kidney stone possibility? - Liver/gallbladder issues? - Leaky Gut? - SIBO? = = = = = - No abdominal pain - No acid reflux - No nausea (discomfort is mainly felt in mid-back area & below right ribs) - No rashes, allergic or congestion issues - No blood in stool or urine - No dizziness - No weight loss or gain - No unusual sweating - No diarrhoea - Stool is normal colour, not light or overly dark - Clear urine, not cloudy or discoloured - No pain or discomfort when defecating or urinating

Resolor or prucalopride, I think. Looked it up to see what it is used for, and it fits what he mentions at the end of the video.
Did anyone catch what the 3 supps are?
