I love Jeanne as if she were my sister. She lifts my spirits every time I listen to her clips. Please let her live on in our lives by posting as many clips as you can. You will never know how many lives she ahs impacted.
The description says they don't know when this was filmed. Her look remained classy, so it's hard to tell based on that. At first I thought it was the 80s, but when the phone rang and because it seemed so strange to her I'm guessing it was the late 1990s and I'm guessing it was one of those big phones. I don't know when the first cell phones came out.
I am going to be visiting a friend's new home in NC for the first time in May. Thinking of it yesterday, I was missing Jeanne and wishing I had made it to a live show to meet her in person. I would have loved to thank her in person (and the rest of the gang there) for holding her Live from the Back Porch shows throughout the pandemic. They gave so many people something fun to look forward to each week, not to mention a place and a way to interact with one another. What a godsend. Appreciate that you keep posting funny video clips! 😂
I discovered Jeanne just prior to her passing. They say God puts us where he wants us and determines our success. She should have been a house hold name. In a world where everyone thinks you need sexist racist stories littered with f bombs Jeanne would have been a breathe of fresh air. I never met her but I still feel a loss as if someone I'd known had died.
Thank you for this gem from Jeanne. I miss her also. We are a few years apart in age and both from the South. I understand all of her sweet words describing how it was to be from the South. I love her outlook on life and finding humor in everything. When I saw that she had passed, I felt like I had lost a best friend. I loved that she saw the funny side of life and that she did not have to use dirty words to get a laugh like so many people do. I love that you posted this for us. I have been grateful that I found her on UA-cam and have watched every one I could find. She has brightened my life with her humor and how much she loved her family. You could tell she loved Left Brain so much and that he loved her by being in the audience laughing at some of the tales she told on him. I know her son, Beaver and grandsons, Ryder and Gray miss her so much. Bless all of you for keeping her Humor going for all of her fans and those who will find her during this pandemic. RIP Jeanne and Jerry
Thank you for posting this ❤️. Best to you all in NC I still watch the Back porch when it comes on. Cheers fro Europe. Ah Jeanne, I miss you so much you remain a Gift to humanity. Wish this was the complete show, I could have gone on listening and watching forever. BTW I also grew up in the 50's, it was a different world indeed. She looks wonderful and gosh how I needed this laugh. I wonder if the story is true. What a hoot. 3 sisters walking down the street. Momma should have cut it on the bias and they would have looked like Candy Canes :-) Certainly Jeanne has great taste. It struck me and I don't usually notice such things but her lip colour matches her dress exactly. That is not by chance. Elegant and stylish, what a Lady! I cannot get enough of this lovely lady's humour, charm and way of speaking. In our rude and abrasive world she is balm for the Soul. ❤️❤️❤️
Y'all, may I ask someone who knows of when she passed? I just "discovered" her the other day and there's only a few people who could make me laugh the way she did! I'm sorry to hear of her passing! Txs in advance for any info. Candy
Isaiah 53:5 KJV But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 1 Peter 2:24 KJV Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
Thanks for sharing Jeanne. I really needed her today. She’s still blessing us and bringing us joy. God bless you, Jeanne❤️
