Je vais regarder la tele - OR - je regarderai la tele (NB There should be accents on some of the vowels - but I have an English keyboard and it's difficult to get them)
When the noun starts with vowel or "H" do we consider the gender of the noun ?
Yes we do! There are ways to GUESS the gender of the noun but it's always better to learn the nouns with the articles eg Le Lait,La Viande,Le poisson,L'homme,Le héros!

Suggestion; French has borrowed so many words from English, so why not just borrow the English word "some" and instantly replace all these difficult-to-learn articles with one word? It would help a grand rosbif imbecile like me no end!
