I love this example used for this / that, the part that works for me best are the examples. If I could just be a little picky here and alter anything it would be the use of referring the "H" as "it starts and ........ Instead of stating that, why not state that if a word starts with a H or a VOWEL (keep reinforcing this rule), irrespective of the Gender it is Cet and pronounced the same as Cette.
