- @DaleStone and I riding the trail with the jankiest entrance I've ever seen! This is a fun but deceptively technical trail. Pay close attention to how short the sight lines are through some sections and you'll see what I mean. You can barely see a few bike lengths ahead of you leaving little time to react when you come around a corner and find yourself with too much speed heading into a loose, rocky chute. Nevertheless, it was nice to ride some different terrain and was definitely worth the hour long drive to the valley.

As someone who is terrified of heights and never learned to ride a bike, thank you for letting me live vicariously through you: found your channel today and have binged through a bunch of videos! So satisfying to watch, though I imagine not nearly as satisfying as it was to ride. Thanks for the awesome vids!

I’m surprised Dale said “that’s better than I remember”. If I could ride such a thing, that would be a near 10/10 trail from my very first go at it. Great riding as always guys. You clearly have a lot of fun together.

The first person view is awesome, I'd like to see footage from a follow cam especially in the technical sections, just to get a better view of your skills in action. I'd swear you were on a swing bike the way you made it around some of those corners, and the stumps that just appear in the middle of the line. Another great video!

Hahaha. When I saw the entrance I was wondering if the entire trail was like that in essence, but luckily not quite so jank and tech, but tech enough and super fun looking.

Dumb question from a city-biker: what do you do once you get to the bottom of a trail? Is there a road back to the top or something?
Get there early. Park at the bottom, spend most of the day getting to the top, and then you go down basically once.
Great stuff. Emma Long Park just outside Austin is about 6 miles of stuff just like the entrance to this trail. Up and down, but big rock steps originally designed for motorcycles. It’s hell but worth the work.
AND! (super idea) A DRONE that follows you. I want credit for that...

Someone call Sean Cunningham. I think I found the plot for his next Friday the 13th movie. A group of pro trail riders camp out at Crystal Lake. Flashy stunts and gruesome deaths ensue. Beat Friday the 13th movie ever!

How many times do you practice/ride a trail before filming it?
Would you consider riding a trail blind and record it? I don't doubt you are good (you're way better than me). But how does it look when you try a trail the first time?
