Actually remodel them for a living. The correct way would have been to replace the wall boards not paint them as they manufacture the wall board in 4x8 sheets with the patterns of your choice already on the wall board. @@HappyCampingMom

Yo…. Silicon calking tip…. Lay the bead, with a smaller paint brush, lightly brush the bead and 90 angle with a mix of water and a touch of liquid dish soap. Now drag (NOT YOUR FINGER) a calking scraper along the bead, wiping off the load when needed. THEN dip your finger tips in the soapy water and lightly rub along the calked corner… it smooth and shines it out. This is a tip I learned 25 years ago when I moved to Germany… since shared it with all my family and friends in the states and they are frickin‘ amazed…. So easy… perfect calking EVERYTIME.
I'm always on UA-cam searching for Van life or RV life. Came across your RV build and was very impressed! You now have a new RV, not a 20 something RV. 👍
You guys really reimagined and updated that interior. It looks more modern and fresh than the dated 80s interior it had before. I know someone who used to work in an RV factory. For how expensive they are, RVs are POORLY made. Same with many mobile homes.
We have a 2000 32' R-Vision Condor - Also on a Workhorse chassis. They were obviously made with the same parts and much of our floor plan is the same as yours. We also spent the pandemic making ours livable. Fun watching what you've done with it. We've made several of the same fixes.
You pair should be mighty proud of yourselves. Very impressive, great teamwork, massive job. Safe travels in your 'new' RV. Greetings from Australia. 👍
This was a great video, absolutely love it. We are about to start the renovation of our RV and ya'll give me a lot of ideas, I wish my hubby's woodworking skills were as good as your's but we will figure it out! Love Love Love this. Oh, as far as UA-cam, I have been looking at RV renovations for a little over a year, we bought a Class C last year, and Class A last week, and your video was just suggested to me by UA-cam today and I did subscribe. Also, as of today's date, August 29th, 2024 you are up to 11.9 subscribers. I am videoing our project and I hope to be posting those....I am looking forward to enjoying your journey with ya'll. Keep the videos coming...
So exciting! Can't wait to see what you do with yours. Casey definitely built up his woodworking skills through the process of just giving it a go. The RV was so fun because it felt like we couldn't really make things worse and there was a lot of freedom to just try our best. Thanks for the sub, yes we have super grown since this video came out and it's been a really fun journey! - Paige
Nice job but you should have used the plastic junction box with your solar/ battery connection OR use the strain release thingies to secure the electrical wire from jiggling around on the sharp edges of the knockouts Just an observation 👍
Hi Paige, Casey and Henry! I really enjoyed watching all of the amazing things you did to your motor home! I'm wondering, what type of paint did you use to refinish the shower and bathroom sink? Looks great! I also really enjoyed the bedroom transformation! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing renovation!

You guys did an amazing job! I thought it was so great, that it was a family project, and even your adorable son, was there to give Dad pep talks! It turned out so nice. Well done! I don't know how you guys learned how to do all of the stuff you did, but you were brave enough to go for it, and skilled enough to make it work. Superb video and really like your idea of the Reno to your jeep. We are thinking of doing the same to my Defender however I must ask - HOW DID YOU assess the actual chassis and engine to ensure that it was roadworthy and had many years of life left in it?
