    yay! done with day 23!! this is such a good workout sesh! worked on my legs and core, had to keep breathing as I go on lol but it felt soo good after!! 🤗💛

    I'm thankful for your challenge. But one thing I would like to notice... the way to breathe. breath in, body/bellybutton get's air, so it inflates. breath out, body/bellybutton deinflates! It's like a balloon.
