Flight is thrilled to announce the Soundwave Pickup System, a pickup system that that uses phenomenal new technology to place control of the preamp and various effects at the fingertips of the player, whether the ukulele is plugged into an amplifier or not.
Performers are often at the mercy of a sound engineer when gigging. The Flight Soundwave Pickup System not only adds a new dimension to acoustic playing, but also gives the gigging musician complete control without the need of additional equipment other than a lead cable and the ukulele in their hand.

Hi seems lovely how long does the battery last in terms of playing time and does it come with all the necessary cord for recharging?. Is the recharge set up a USB, 9 volt. Does it come with adjustable cab;es to recharge for American, European or UK Electrical sockets?
I'm a brand new subscriber watching from London.
Nice. Just would prefer it with a peg bridge or through the body like on the Voyager.

Super looking and sounding instrument - I'm very interested in buying one. Can you tell me approximately how long the Soundwave can operate for before needing a re-charge?
Hi! Thanks for your comment. The Soundwave should last about six hours on a charge. Your results may vary depending on the volume.
Just bought one of these and although it sounds pretty nice, I’m disappointed in the sharp frets which I did not expect especially with a “QC Passed” sticker on the back of the headstock. Also not that big of a deal but the label on the box says Diana TE Soundwave and then “Solid spruce Top” when actually the Diana has a solid Cedar top. Lastly it should be noted that in order to maximize the sound effects you have to hold the instrument away from your body otherwise the sound effects are muffled. For myself the jury is still out.
Hey, i want to buy my first Ukulele. I would like to buy a good one, so i dont have to buy another one in the future. Is this one okay, or maybe to much for a beginner? I love the sound of it.

Very nice but I couldn't work out which effect button was being used or at what level. Still buying one though..
Phil Curran hey Phil, Simon from. The video here. At the beginning of each clip, the little animations have the effects and dials on them. All the way to the left is off and all the way to the right is on. This is how you’ll control them on your uke when you buy it. Hope this helps.
