I heard this in a wide screen movie theater (5th row) when it came out back then, and the speakers Really captured the power and pride.
This is from one of my top ten favorite movie soundtracks! Alfred Newman was probably our greatest film composer... I also love Bernard Herrman. This is a great rendition... I'd love to hear more cues from the movie. It would be great on one of our patriotic holidays!

I remember seeing this in 1965 at a three-part screen in Tokyo as a high school student. The film was really impressive! I watched it again the other night. Still is a great piece of cinematography!
