You are truly lucky to be able to take the pills. I unfortunately couldn’t. I have stage 4 lung cancer and started treatments. It’s been a constant barrage of the bad side effects. Right now I’m battling with blood clots. It’s so depressing to see others take treatments and life goes on for them but not me. I’m off treatments right now so my body can recover and then I can start up again. I’m living one day at a time for now… blessings to all
Thank you Ashley for posting this important message. I love your positive attitude. May the Lord our God, keep you strong and enable you to live a happy life for many years to come.
I was diagnosed with stage four Lung cancer in 2017. 2016 I had drop foot and had a low back surgery that did nothing for it. So with surgery you have to have a MRI, Cat scan and then a chest X-ray. So then I had terrible arm pain 5 months later. Another MRI and Cat scan. Doctor decided I needed a neck surgery. So another chest X-ray. This was December 2016. My pain did not go away. Steady got worse. I had high blood pressure from the pain. I couldn’t think my arm hurt so bad. So the doctor wanted another cat scan. I decided to go to a different facility for this one. That afternoon they called and said I need to go see my General Practitioner. They had sent the results to him. I never heard from the doctors office that ordered the scan and had done the neck surgery to this day. So he told me I had cancer and not to do any crazy cures he said to do what my oncologist recommends. So I found an Oncologist that is well known and liked. So I saw him in June of 2017. I asked him how long did I have Lung cancer. He said over a year. And none of the people reading my scans caught it. Really makes you wonder about our health care. Anyway I did a round of Chemo. Did nothing for me. In February 2018 I started Immunotherapy with the drug Keytruda I did almost three years of infusions every three weeks. I am currently showing no sign of disease for over two years at least. I get mixed up on times. I credit God and him giving humans the intelligence to produce the medicines that cured me. And I thank my doctor and all the nurses who have taken care of me. They have all been wonderful. I hope you have the same outcome and as I have had. Ask about immunotherapy. It is a life saver.
I had breast cancer two years ago. And I was one of those people that had Infusion Chemo. I was so so sick with that treatment. And I honestly don’t know what I would have done if my husband and son wouldn’t have made my food, what little I ate! I lost 20 pounds on this journey. I’m praying for you and give you a big hug! We are in this together!❤
I have terminal heart issues. I have had open heart surgery twice, and cannot have more. I have two pig valves that were installed in 2020; they have a max 10 year life span. When they run out, I run out. But because my condition doesn’t have the name ‘cancer’, I don’t get the kind of attention and love you describe. I never hear from anyone, including my family who knows all about my condition. I’m not sure how we bring attention to heart disease like cancer has. But cancer is not the only disease that gives you a new view of life; I am grateful for every day. I wish you all the best and a long life.
My son has half a heart. He’s had a few heart surgeries and will need more and a transplant eventually. We don’t know how long we will have him and it’s hard. What matters is knowing Jesus. This life is temporary. God bless you ❤
My sister at 60 had no symptoms either with non small cell lung cancer and took immunal therapy and all went well so hopefully you will be as lucky as her
When I had colon cancer 4 years ago. After I went and had surgery to have it moved. the doctor . The Doctor came in a few days later .I was just waking up and he said you get to go home. I was all alone and then he said you have stage 3 colon cancer. Then he turn around and left. I feel they should waite to you have some with you.
Firstly, I do hope you're doing OK. Could you tell us How they found lung cancer if you had no symptoms? Meaning, why did you go to the doctor in the first place for them to come across it? Was it just a routine health check that triggered the findings?
Keep positive and be kind to yourself! When you are tired, rest! When you have energy, run thru the sprinkler with your husband! I am a survivor also and I can say my attitude has completely changed. I don’t trip over the “junk and stuff “ anymore.
I like that advice… when there’s energy go run through a sprinkler 😊…. ILD changed my whole life, definitely avoid, ignore the use to be irritating things which are really not a big deal. My mindset is completely different but calm & grateful.
January 12, 2024 they found a mass on my lung which has metastasized... I am on my second round of Chemo now. It's surreal and I still haven't fully processed the sword hanging over my head but I'm grateful for every good moment I still have with those I love.
You certainly moved me. I had stage 3 lung cancer. Had a r upper lobectomy 1 year 3 months ago. Had chemo and now keytruda. Previously had breast cancer in 2015. Did a double mastectomy no chemo. This lung cancer was not the same cancer. I too felt like I was being punished. I never told any of my friends that I was fighting lung cancer, I didn’t want that sad look so I have journeyed by myself except husband, kids, and sister. And extreme exhaustion as well.l as anemia has taken its toll.
I’m so sorry …. Definitely praying for you. I too didn’t tell anyone outside my mom & sister …. it was such an emotional roller coaster that I had to try to understand WHY did I have ILD & accept that I could die.
It was also a GUT PUNCH 🤜 to us 😭😭💔💔 our 7 yr old son had been playing sports 🏈 football when he started complaining that his knee hurt we eventually to him to dr and he ordered an X-ray I stopped by the next day to see if he heard anything and that’s when THE GUT PUNCH 🤜 was delivered and I fell to my knees 💔💔💔💔 a parents worst nightmare 😭😭 life as we knew it was gone ….Anyone like you that are lucky 🍀 enough to be able to take a pill once a day are so fortunate that that is available 👍 our son had to be in the hospital for 5 days a month and I will tell you it was a long 5 days 😷😞 we never left him alone in the hospital dad took him on a Monday and on Wednesday I would leave work pick-up our 6 yr old daughter and go straight to hospital and dad comes home with sissy ❤️ luckily we worked as a team ❤️ not so much for the other families 😷
Im also diagnosed with lung cancer. Thankful that the doctor caught it very early, dont need chemo or any drugs. Had my lobectomy last January 2024. Im non smoker, i dont drink, healthy lifestyle...well that's life. Maybe God has a purpose for all of this. Im just thankful to God for giving me another chance and praying for my complete healing❤❤❤
@@elizaursu630 when i had my annual routine check up last year. All is normal except for cholesterol that went up 1.2 higher than normal range. My GP suggested a calcium score, that's when they found out i have a very small nodule in my right middle lobe.
@@italiangirl2440 lucky for both of us that they caught it really early. The fact that early lung cancer has no symptoms. Praying for your good health as well. 😍
I’m definitely Praying for you 🙏🏽💛🙏🏽 ….. I feel & understand everything you said; I had ILD - Interstitial Lung Disease & within a couple of months of being diagnosed I was on a roller coaster of bad news after bad news😢 ….so when you said no one in your family can understand, I totally agree. I love your spirit & encouragement to others, thank you. But I’m giving you the same encouragement, YOU GOT THIS, CONTINUE LIVING! What’s hilarious is that I asked my doctor the same thing about the wine😂 🤭
I am also a Stage IV NSCLC warrior, non smoker. I had zero symptoms, that I knew of anyway as I have had lupus for many years so I am very use to not feeling 100%. I had no cough or shortness of breath, I work full time, hike pretty much every weekend and surf. One year ago, pretty much to this week, I developed a bad cough and sore back but I was just getting over Covid. Within one week, I was having a hard time walking from my bedroom to my couch. My husband was away on business and I just kept saying, “I’ll be fine, it’s just another lupus flare”. He got home and I was literally green laying on my couch and off to the ER we went. My hemoglobin was down to 3.5 and I needed 3 blood transfusions. After CT scans I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I am doing 2 IV chemotherapy drugs along with immunotherapy every 3 weeks. I am going in for my 11th treatment on Friday. After my 6th treatment my scans showed the tumor is down by 30%. Other than fatigue I have very few symptoms, the worse thing for me is the hair loss. Im continuing to work, although I’ve needed to take days off just to sleep. Hope you are doing well.
My friend who is 79 years old had a 4cm mass, they completely shrunk it in 3 treatments of chemo and immunotherapy. That was almost 2 years ago. She's still fine Small cel lung
I know a lot more people with lung cancer that have never smoked than I do people who do smoke and have lung cancer. Lung cancer seems like the only cancer with an automatic assumption or stigma attached to it. Prayers for you.
Never knew lung cancer had a stigma other than if you got it, you must have been a smoker. Anal cancer on the other hand, I heard, definetly has a stigma.
@@lornabarkan4194 right, that’s the stigma. If you were told you had lung cancer, the first reaction was, or used to be, automatically “oh, you’re a smoker!” It’s crazy to me how many people don’t or never smoked that have lung cancer for it still to be associated with smoking. I’ve never heard of any other cancer, anal cancer included, that has an automatic assumption like lung cancer. I guess they all do at some level.
TRUE. I have lung cancer and I am so sick of being asked if I smoke or smoked. No I never did. Also sick of being told who they know that died of lung cancer. Never a good story. So not helpful.
They ask that for insurance purposes. I heard that insurance doesn’t want to cover certain treatments for smokers, it’s quite awful and discriminating since anyone can get it regardless. So the story goes that some smokers are advised to say that they never smoked. All the best to all! Everyone needs to get the best possible care and treatment.
You are exactly right! I saw somewhere lung cancer doesn't get the proper funding bc of this very stigma. Remove the stigma, find the cure. I also saw comment abt how some insurers won't cover certain drugs if the person is a smoker, (or even former smoker)& wonder if some lung cancer patients are being short changed on treatment options. 😮😢
I had stage three lung cancer seven years ago. I never smoked a cigarette. I can relate to your shock on getting the news. You wonder who sucked all the oxygen out of the room. I don’t even remember driving home. I was by myself too, and as soon as I got home, I got angry. Several items bit the dust. God bless you and keep you safe and make you totally well!!
I had cancer 15 yrs ago and just thought positive and it was just me and my husband as support I never worried about bill or anything kept my mind clear and my small children then grew up fast but that also relieved some of my stress I am cancer free after a double mastectomy and life is good
What a sweet human, beautiful smile, expressive eyes. Southern? I'm Southern, can't pick up where from her slight tone. Southerner drawl isn't as pronounced as mine.
I know she said she’s not big on vitamins but I really hope she’ll start taking regular large doses of vitamin D, which is so essential for fighting inflammation, viruses, bacterial infection, and, yes, even cancer. Vitamin C is helpful, too, but D can’t be neglected in the healing process!
When taking vitamin D ... K2-Mk7 needs to be taken also. If not, calcium deposits will build up in arteries and every where else, instead of going where it needs to go like ... bones, and teeth.
@@sabine8419 in fairness, vitamin D is more beneficial to some types of cancers than others, but I’m sure vitamin will always be helpful in boosting the immune system.
I love your attitude! Keep it, no matter what! Having a good outlook always helps! You are a brave woman. Really crappie things happen in life. No, there is no reason. They just happen. Hold your head high. Cry when you need to. Live your life being You. And thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. ❤
That’s what my mother had but she was a smoker all her life . The doctor said it’s smokers cancer but I’ve heard non smokers get non small cell also. I hope in my heart you do well.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, many are affected by this, but know that many do care. Hang in there, and keep soldiering through this. I hope you have many more good days, than bad. Peace friend.
I prayed for you ! I came to the realization about what life is really about just a month ago . I guess I thought it would never reach me . But I know love is the answer. You are such a good person . You are loved !! I prayed that God would continue to give you the strength you and your family need . Thinking of you …….
I remember they predicted this would happen as people stopped seeing their doctors as often. Although I’m not sure how they could have found this cancer at such a young age without any symptom..
My grandmother smoked since she was 12. In her 70s, 1 lung collapsed. Dont know what else was found in that lung. But she was living on the other lung until 88 (she was still smoking) when she passed from something else and it wasn't even anything wrong with the other lung.
Everyone seemed to have smoked from 12 yrs on at that time, it seems - most of my family. People smoke in hospital waiting rooms, doctors had ashtrays on their tables 😂
It's still chemo....and I can relate! It's tough and I always kept in mind that this to shall pass! I had breast cancer caught early and no spread but I'm triple negative so it was recommended for preventing it from recurring! I had infusion and gave my self the injection of newlasta.. I get it and your doing right by listening to your body!! ❤ Goodluck and God bless you sweetie 🎉😊❤❤
I just finished up my breast cancer treatments and I'm totally not the same person as I am now!! I understand exactly what you are saying!! Thank you for sharing your story ❤️
Pharmacist here.God Bless, thank you for courage shown here. Follow your Dr's advice. Dont do alternate, non-pharmaceutical therapy. They dont know what they are talking about. Do not replace your medical advice with untrained people's opinion about what you should od.
Doctors have pushed the covid shot, which has caused catastrophic harm on many. Use discernment. Doctors are not God. If anything, they've been government employees lately following the orders of the government.
Never follow anyone unless they've proven themselves to YOU. Trust is earned and must be kept. Doctors are only human and mistakes are made often..... OFTEN.
there are too many cases of negligence, both accidental and non, in the medical community to 100% trust anyone. i even had a doctor once tell me it was better to do heroine than smoke cigarettes. medical opinion is always evolving and changing and no one has the full picture, unfortunately. i mean....200 years ago they thought they knew what they were doing, too.
At he same time big pharma cqnt be trusted either. Go with your gut feeling. Ask God to show you what to do, if your a beliver, that is. Best of luck. God is real, I belive, we live for eternety. May Your Heavenly Father hold your hand what ever treatment plan you choose.
Lovin you! Thank you. Know you are in my prayers in Philly(via NC). I'm a year past chemo & surgeries for bladder cancer. You are so right, we did not sign up for this club but I am so grateful for the souls in my life now thru this journey. Perspective.
A 2 hour consultation. I'm sure he got paid for it but still, that's really proper dedication to a cause. Bravo to the man. A good Doctor. Congratulations to the success of your treatment. I know so little about lung cancer. All the best for the future.
Jeff De Prosperis “Blessings On My Journey” has a wonderful channel chronicling his protocols, stage four colon cancer. Diet is important. Sugar feeds cancer, fasting allows mitochondria to repair. Doctors telling you to live your life are not doing you any favors you need to be proactive. You’re beautiful and your positive personality is wonderful. Prayers for your healing!
Maybe because their moms don’t cook from scratch, maybe because they use lots of medications from young age, maybe because they use lots of drugs, maybe because they are always indoors and not allowed to make noise and be young in their dead beat neighborhoods. Maybe because they are depressed and lonely. Maybe they don’t laugh enough and make love, maybe technology radiates something unhealthy … Maybe none of the above and it’s just an evolutionary process.
Can you tell us what your conditions were before your diagnosis?? For instance, were you having any problems breathing or can’t catch your breath at certain times what was bothering you cause you to go seek a doctor for medical advice on how you’re feeling? Thank you for sharing your story! Your story is going to help a lot of other people get an early diagnosis .🤔❤️🙏 you’re in our prayers🙏

I had cancer 4 years ago. You have been through a lot also more than I went through. But I know exactly what you talk about when you say you look at life in a different way, its like the purest positive, loving look at life, man normally only can dream about. I feel, and have chosen to believe, that this happened for me, and not to me. Big love to you and your family❤
Get yourself into healthy ketosis, eat garlic, and drink green tea. Cut out sugars, swed oils and every processed food. Fasting is a great tactic. Look up Thomas Seyfried. Good luck on your journey ❤ Absolutely no advice, just my thoughts.
Ashley you and your loved ones are in my prayers. I pray all works out for you as you are so young and so vital. I was diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer in October of last year. My case is a lot different as I am a 73 year old woman with other health issues. I had a great doctor that told me the facts and didn't try to talk me into treatment. I had only 1 option for treatment and it was a clinical trial I might qualify for. The doctor told me that could possibly buy me a year to a year and a half. Since the outcome was like that I decided not to do any treatment and live out my time being with my family and living my life to the fullest extent possible. My only concern was that my son would understand why I chose not to have treatment. Thankfully he understood perfectly and is now with me every step of the way. God bless and keep you and yours in the best of spirits and keep your faith strong.
Im happy for you to be able to take pills. I beleive you know how blessed you are..i am 39. Just finished my last chemo round and its the hardest thing ive had to endure at times. Radiation was not as bad for me. I love hearing stories like yours. Stories of hope and wins. I also hope and pray my scans come with God's speed! In my heart, feel like i kicked cancer in the rear end! I do have small cell, but there are people remaining healthy everyday so i keep that same energy! God bless!
You can google the symptoms if you would like but for me it was a chronic cough , pain in my back and getting out of breath.. I did chemo, radiation and immunotherapy. I’m now going in every 3 months for an MRI and CT scan.. so far so good 😊 I hope all goes well with you 🙏🙏🙏
Doctors should NEVER be allowed to deliver news like that to someone then let them drive home alone. That could have been very unsafe because of Ashleys exact (understandable) reaction of shock. WIshing you all the best Ashley!!
I feel bad…I was listening to this sweet gal talking about being diagnosed with lung cancer and found myself smiling and laughing! I feel like you would be my bestie but I’m 64 so there’s that😂😂 You are hilarious in a tough situation and I bet your great positive attitude will get you through. He’s 70 and just got done painting our two story home. You keep going, girl! Drink that wine and eat that cake!😊❤️🙏🏻

My aunt (heavy smoker) developed one on her mid seventies. It was a tiny cancer, operated it 10+ years ago and doing well. Never needed any chemo or other treatment. Please let them take it out!

I have a fatigue illness but once I started a medication for seizures I was so sleepy it was unbelievable. I’ll have to try drinking more water. I’m too tired to drink a lot but I need to try.
Sweet Ashley, never forget about fenbendazolel and ivermectin, sounds strange, because both are very effective dog and horse dewormers, but they now found out that they annihilate cancer, no doubt! Look at Joe Tippins's testimony on UA-cam. Anyway, the most important thing is that you repent before God and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and then live for Him! Too many people are missing heaven and ending up in the fires of hell, and it's not a joke or a myth, and sadly, most people don't think about death until after their last breath has left their lungs and they open their eyes from a burning hell , it's sad!
Covid vaccines don’t stay in your body long after injection …. I’m not sure of the length of time but it’s just to wake the immune system. I had ILD & a double lung transplant in the middle of Covid …. am thanking God I haven’t had Covid once & I had vaccine.
And quite advanced upon diagnosis. “ Turbo cancers” 🙏🙏🙏Try the Joe Tippens protocol. Look it up.He had lung cancer over five years ago, stage 4 and he is still alive. Praying the best for you.
I was very surprised to hear that the doctor did not recommend lifestyle interventions. Happy that she made the connection on her own. Ultra-processed foods are playing a major role in the surge of chronic illnesses including cancer.

January 12, 2024 they found a mass on my lung which has metastasized... I am on my second round of Chemo now. It's surreal and I still haven't fully processed the sword hanging over my head but I'm grateful for every good moment I still have with those I love.
Sending best wishes for a successful treatment protocol. One step at a time.
🙏
God bless you ❤
I have that sword. Zero mutations. Only the old poison chemo and radiation then wait to see where it spreads to next.
Stay strong.
❤🙏🏻
Happy to hear you are okay.
How did you find out? 😊
@@NicksHEAT1995 Thank you. 🥰
Ashley, you are so charismatic! Thanks for sharing your story up until this point. You sound like a really great person S2
God bless you
@@Veracityseeker7 mahalo hon. Much appreciated 😘
Praying for your good health🙏🙏

My friend who is 79 years old had a 4cm mass, they completely shrunk it in 3 treatments of chemo and immunotherapy. That was almost 2 years ago. She's still fine

If you were told you had lung cancer, the first reaction was, or used to be, automatically “oh, you’re a smoker!”
It’s crazy to me how many people don’t or never smoked that have lung cancer for it still to be associated with smoking.
I had cancer 15 yrs ago and just thought positive and it was just me and my husband as support I never worried about bill or anything kept my mind clear and my small children then grew up fast but that also relieved some of my stress I am cancer free after a double mastectomy and life is good
Amen 🙏
@@Gigi-kr6ek That is true. A calcium supplement is not recommended for anyone who takes a high dosage of D.
@@Gigi-kr6ekK2 is potassium? What is MK7??
My cancer thrives on Viramin D. It's not always the right thing.
@@sabine8419 in fairness, vitamin D is more beneficial to some types of cancers than others, but I’m sure vitamin will always be helpful in boosting the immune system.

I prayed for you too.
Really scary to think about. I want to pray for you Ashley.
What a wonderful smile even in this terrible situation
I remember they predicted this would happen as people stopped seeing their doctors as often. Although I’m not sure how they could have found this cancer at such a young age without any symptom..
Prayers for You girl!!!!
My friend said doctors actually told her to start smoking in the 80’s I believe. Weird times
I am proof that natural therapy works stage 4b squamous cell patient who is now cancer free and happy and healthy. My soul is not owned by big pharma.
At he same time big pharma cqnt be trusted either. Go with your gut feeling. Ask God to show you what to do, if your a beliver, that is. Best of luck. God is real, I belive, we live for eternety. May Your Heavenly Father hold your hand what ever treatment plan you choose.
You are so beautiful and such a nice person, I hope you beat all the odds and make it through for many years to come.
Lovin you!
So happy you are doing well. I will be praying for you.
God be with you and heal you. Why is cancer in young skyrockteing?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I noticed this, too. 😓
I don’t hear bragging, you sound grateful.
You would think doctors would at least recommend a no sugar diet. “No restrictions” just take this pill:(
Cancer survivor here too 😊 everyday is a gift ❤ 🙏🙏🙏
What caused you to get a check up if you didn’t have any symptoms. Very interesting. I understand I’ve had cancer twice and it’s back again. Yes I understand. ❤ life is good, Love is Great. Thank you for sharing. 🍋🍋🍋🍋 Life gave you lemons. Make the best Lemonade and sweeten it with love .
That is my question. What led you to visit your doctor?
Chronic cough, back, neck and arm pain are just a few symptoms….
My closest friend had appendix cancer and is in her 3rd Yr of a 5yr survival her husband of 15yrs told her he wished she would hurry up and die from the f****** cancer for she was nothing but a f****** nuisance he left and he does nothing to help and her children don't visit for they don't believe it's real cancer but she has me and JESUS and neither of us will ever leave her side her husband children and grandchildren who are kept away from her could not be any less caring I'm appalled at such cruelty at a time when she is mid fight GOD BLESS HER and bring her through this battle to start a new life 😢❤
This was so sad and sick to hear. He will have a special place in hell....
If you had no symptoms then how did you know you had lung cancer?
As a radiologist myself, I wish you posted imaging in these. Would like to see the scans.
Good luck on your journey ❤
Absolutely no advice, just my thoughts.
Did I miss how she came to be diagnosed if she was asymptomatic?
I think we're all wondering the same thing. Nobody has answered.
I pray you come to saving faith in Christ...we are sinners and our only need is for a Saviour.
Wow you are strong! I really admire you and wish you the very best!!!
Wow - you did an amazing job on this video. I learned things. Best of luck to you on this journey.
I had a boss whose wife was diagnosed with lung cancer in the late 1990"s. She lived anither 20 years and died of old sge.
Thanks for a good story for once... gives some hope.
they told me twice i had lung cancer i said no thank you , that was 20 years ago.
God bless!
If she had no symptoms, what led her to seeking medical care? Did she have a routine chest X-ray for her profession?
You can google the symptoms if you would like but for me it was a chronic cough , pain in my back and getting out of breath.. I did chemo, radiation and immunotherapy. I’m now going in every 3 months for an MRI and CT scan.. so far so good 😊 I hope all goes well with you 🙏🙏🙏
Beautiful hair.
I feel like you would be my bestie but I’m 64 so there’s that😂😂
You are hilarious in a tough situation and I bet your great positive attitude will get you through. He’s 70 and just got done painting our two story home.
You keep going, girl! Drink that wine and eat that cake!😊❤️🙏🏻

I just came upon your video! My heart, thoughts and prayers are with you!! Isaiah 41:13
For the “jab” people she says she’s been having her meds for 43 months so everything here predates all covid illness prevention and treatment.
I get so tired of people asking that question.

Sure makes Me wonder about co vid vaxines! Don’t anyone else wonder about these? I’m so sorry.
Most definitely. It seems all the cancer cases are rare.
Cancer cases are on the rise😢😢
Covid vaccines don’t stay in your body long after injection …. I’m not sure of the length of time but it’s just to wake the immune system. I had ILD & a double lung transplant in the middle of Covid …. am thanking God I haven’t had Covid once & I had vaccine.
And quite advanced upon diagnosis. “ Turbo cancers”
🙏🙏🙏Try the Joe Tippens protocol.
Prayers! Glad your doing well through your journey.
What about lung transplants, Since it has not spread
