The leaves have 7 times more vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas. It also has calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle.

Mrs. H what can I say, You are a blessing. I seen your post yesterday and this morning I went on the hunt for Maringa. Went to my local Indian grocery store, they had fresh Maringa, powdered, tea bags and dried leaves. I bought them all, thank you thank you. I shall pass this on to my family members.

I was in so much pain in my body, shoulders back etc it was hard to sleep properly. Tried the mornings tea not for pain but for diabetics as my daughter in law suggested it . Surprised that the pain went away almost immediately, I do support that statement. I actually have 2 trees in my yard and didn’t know how beneficial the tree was. Go figure

Try soaking them in water 24 hours before you plant them in soil. Water seedlings but let them dry out a little before watering again. They love sun, even as a young plant. Good luck!😊

I planted two seeds but only one made it. Of course I started inside then transplant outside to the garden. She was growing beautifully but I had to move it from where it was. Only for it to go into transplant shock and looks like its dying. But I hope she will bounce back and grow into a beautiful tree.

    Thank you for sharing,
    Something I've learned
we should never put a metal spoon in honey as it kills the "Living Enzyme's" ( I use a wooden or plastic to dig into my honey)
Also do not put honey in too hot of liquid...
Moringa tea with ginger and raw honey has many medicinal benefits.

After a tree gets a certain age it produces seeds that have medicinal benefits also. They can be eaten raw or cooked like beans. I was introduced to moringa last years and was amazed with the plant. Now I grow it. Everyone should have this plant in their yard. Checkout Ginkgo Biloba also if u haven't already. This was the only plant to survive the Atomic Bomb after it was dropped on Japan. God Bless
