hi dave could you help I have just got hold of a 2and hand ro system and as someone just starting up I have fixed it up temporarily to find out what the reading of the water is I do not know if the resin needs changing or if it's ok but I took a reading of 96 ppm in my opinion it need to be changed or am I doing something wrong thanks barry
Squeaky Clean Dave I looking to fit on my system. But I don’t have the right size pipes. I am using hose pipe from my tank to the pump then using hoze lock to the di and from the di to the hose
Who knows ? I had used 15mm pushfit tubing which didn’t fit so I changed the section with the tds meter in to John Guest 1/2” tubing They sell it by the meter at Gardiners gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/all-products/pump-hose/hose-fittings-adapters/john-guest-fittings/jg-tubing/john-guest-1-2-natural-tubing-per-metre.html
Hi Dave I wonder if you have any idea how to fit a switch so I can flip from a leisure battery when it's low on power and switch to my van battery so I could keep going until I get back home to charge my leisure battery. For a long time I have just been using the van battery but I have decided to run the pump with my flow controller from a leisure batt but not too sure how to wire it up any ideas.
If I was you I would fit a split relay charger. that way it won't drain your van battery but if you need to give it a bit of a boost just start the van. Hope that helps. 👍
I got mine from Gardiner Pole Systems as a full kit with the tds meter but they don’t sell them anymore but I have found some on this site. www.daqua.co.uk/inlinetdsmeters.htm
