  • Greg has a trip coming up to Broken Bow so we rode some rough roads to help him prepare for it. We had plenty of training opportunity to include a flat tire lol. Getting a flat is best way to figure out what tools you really need. An order from Amazon and trip to Cycle Gear has him ready. Hope you enjoy the content. Filmed in GoPro 12 HyperView (helmet) and GoPro 10 Max Lens Mod (windscreen). We had better lighting conditions this time. Let me know in comments if you like the hyperview or the older superview.

I don’t mind the hyper view I feel most people film in that or 1 step lower. At speed it makes the riding look faster for sure like tunnel vision. Looked like some fun riding though! Now with all my bikes I’ve been taking them out riding sand/mud trying to build more skill/muscle memory.

Yeah, I noticed that it does seem to depict elevation changes and speed a little better. When I turn 360 at the lake it's kind of warped. I'll keep playing with it. I do like that my FOV isn't obscured by the GPS and other GoPro in the HV mode. I may go to Broken Bow myself in the next couple of weeks if you want to go .

@@off-roaddadlife3738 yea possibly if our schedules work out! yea i agree with the weird/distorted look at a stand still but like you said the video shows more around you than just the windshield and dash

HyperView is what I used on the only video I've made. I pretty much used a Revzilla article talking about their settings for Daily Rider and copied it lol

I'm just using factory settings. Maybe I should research that.

@off-roaddadlife3738 I had one instance where I washed everything out and only looking through my windscreen was normal color, I don't know what I did there lol. I have heard a lot about ND filters and maybe the windscreen was acting as one
