Ingredients:
9 fluid ounces of water (270 milliliters)
1 cup of flour (150 grams)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove

What’s that statement someone made on here in comments true about one cup of flour in the US would be 1/3 cup of flour? I wanted to ask you because it doesn’t make sense to me. That’s quite a bit of a difference between one cup and 1/3 cup, thank you very much for answering. I love your channel.

Note to all American viewers: The 1-cup measurement needs to be 1/3 of a cup for us since in the US a cup is equal to 454g.
When she poured it looked like 1 cup, as stated, wonder if she got the grams wrong?

No, the recipe needs 1 C of flour, otherwise the batter is too runny. She made a mistake on the grams. Made it tonight, excellent.
