5 minutes ready flatbread! Quick and Easy Flatbread made with Batter! No Kneading! No Oven! No hand touching during making.
Recipe: 4-5 flatbread
150g. All purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
240ml. Water (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp(8g) Oil
Tip:
* Make sure to keep pressing the edges of the bread with spatulla, so it can puff up.
* Add water in 2-3 times to prevent lumps in the batter.
* Heat on medium low heat, close to medium heat, if you want to make big bubbles later turn the heat to medium heat.
* Cover with a towel when done, the Flatbread can be used as a pita bread for sandwich.

I suppose you aĺl know that baking powder should never be directly close to salt.just in case you should add baking polder to this ré ipe.GOOD LUCK.

After you made this flat bread.
Rub it with a piece of garlic then spread some
Tomato sauce and put some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Put it in the microwave for like 2 minutes for pizza.
Yo lo hago igual pero sobre una sartén de hierro y coloco una tapa o domo alto. A fuego suave para derretir queso y quede la masa crocante como una pizza.🍕 😊
150g bột mì= 1 chén + 1m cafe muối + 1m cafe đường+ 240ml nước lọc + 1mc dầu ăn=> trộn đều. Chiên trên chảo không dính với tí xíu dầu.

It all depends on the type of flour used. Best result will be 50% all-purpose flour, 25% bread flour & 25% wholemeal flour. And importantly, the pan must be slightly hot before adding the bread dough.
It said to use all purpose flour in the video. Thanks for the tip.

idk why but seems lile mine NEVER puff like yours do... i follow the measuring and press on the edge, what heat temperature should i cook it on? i put mine at 5 (med low)

Just made those and they turned out a lot better than expected! I'll need to work a bit on my technique, since they came out a bit moister than I'd like, but for "let's just mix it an put it in a pan", I'm quite amazed. Also, perfect puffage on all five :D
mine wont puff up maybe it needs a little more water
What do you think can guarantee the puff? I want to be like yours, always puffed...

@@cparamon For me I think it was actually going around the flat bread, pressing down the sides, even if it did not look like steam was escaping that way.
Normally (i.e. with all the recipes I tried so far), my puff rate is not that amazing :)
I'll try it see if it works it won't hurt.

This recipe almost the same as in my hometown..we called it "lempiang" 🥰..made from batter ingredients like yours.. we eat with spicy anchovies "sambal"... Great recipe, takes a while for it to get to the stage of puffing up and only after pushing on it a lot! Dont rush the cooking part thinking its done.

Around 1 cup. I don't use cup so you might need to adjust it if the batter is too thick. :)

Pancake batter turns in to yeasted flat bread and a comment section full of generic praise. Looks totally legit!
It's basically a chapati, made runnier. If you think that bread only puffs up like when yeasted, evidently India is filled with hundreds of millions of wizards.
