    A pair of these should last a lifetime and save a ton of space for home exercise. Great for all sizes and strengths and they can be used for full body training. Getting the stands would have been worth it as well in hindsight.

    So if I'm getting this right, feet a little narrower than hip width, and hinge at the hips?

      probably you go beyond your flexibility limit. check yourself from the mirror when your lower back starts to round, that's too low

      @@rethirded Actually also, make sure to keep DBs close to your legs like the girl in the video. If they get away from you as you go down, that means you are just bending forward from the hips. If you try to move your ass further away from where it started as you go down, then you will see DBs will stay closer to your legs and your lower back will carry less load(because of the Moment Arm)

      Fun fact this exercise was invented in the 6th century BC, by Cain the son of Adam, as a means of lifting his brother Abel’s corpse. :)

      If they can't they need to train harder
