Lucky to have a lemon tree here in Tampa and recently juiced them and froze in small ice cube trays.Thankfully this gives me a reason to use them. Have a few I can zest. The birds damage most leftovers.

Hi Sarah and CJ, I,hadn't, eaten cereal for a cpl ot years but I had an idea to try Mac,s Pork skins from Walmart along with some unsweetened almond milk with a lil sweetener and it did the job. Stay well and blessed!

I just watched a UA-cam video where they fried quartered rice paper wraps in a couple of inches of hot oil to make a vegan substitute for pork rinds. They looked interesting.

I started having one a day of the Atkins Endulge Variety Pack. I noticed my weight going up. Maybe I need to track total carbs? They have 19 total carbs. Ugh!!!

Nothing….it won’t blow up your microwave. 😮😆🤣
I have just found that sometimes if I use a whole egg it gets a bit “rubbery”.
Microwave cakes can be that way a bit anyway even the ones made with flour… But for some reason just the yolk seems to give it more of a cake like texture.
