I can't use almond flour anymore due to oxalates. What I now use for crust is ground turkey or ground chicken, mix in seasonings, roll it out between pieces of baking paper and bake it. Makes a super filling pizza. I am carnivore so no veggies. Looks yummy - I would have it for dinner:)

Hi Cj & Sarah, I have been running behind on viewing & commenting on your beautiful videos. I enjoy your channel so very much. I find your warmhearted creative approach to your channel is fantastic. In May I was diagnosed as being a type2 diabetic. My diet had become lousy and lazier then it should of been. I gain extra weight and just became in a lull. My A1c in May was 7.1 My Primary Physician suggest I start a Diabetic Diet, Increase Exercise and Weight loss to prevent diabetic medication. In November I will have my labs re-checked and hopefully those labs will prevent being prescribed diabetic medication. My Lipid Panel was also high in some areas too in May. Thank you so much for your creativity in all that you do. Love Tamson 😇💗 I will continue watching and being a subscriber.

I must say this looks absolutely amazing
The only thing that I would comment about would be to be mindful of the salt content
While this is definitely Keto it has a lot of ingredients with high sodium this past week a family member that was doing Keto had a heart attack and part of recovery from that is to watch the salt content
And I think that goes for any lifestyle certain things are higher in sodium than others and it's good idea to be mindful so if I were to have this for breakfast I would want to make sure that my lunch choices are low sodium
This does look really amazing I can't wait to try it
