*Warning* , when using xanthan gum do not dump into your food sprinkle it while stirring with the other hand trust me. I made the mistake one day of dumping and it clumped🤦♀️ ugh. I realized that I had to sprinkle slowly while stirring at the same time

OMG! Since I went Keto after being diagnosed as Type II diabetic, I have such a sweet tooth. Was always a savoury eater. This dessert just hits the spot for me. I’ve made it three times so far trying different sweeteners. I really think this will be a regular for my keto lifestyle. Thank you 🙏🥰

If I may offer a suggestion on stabilizing the whipped cream, adding 1 tsp of instant Clear Jel works wonderfully. ( 1.3 gr carb in a tsp.)

What a perfect desert i'm a huge fan of lemon deserts in fact I love lemon savory dishes too. Can't wait to make this . Went grocery shopping today bought large bag of lemons and almond flour..perfect timing. Sarah I do have a question can you leave almond flour in the pantry and not go rancid or is it better to store it in the refrigerator? Love y'all recipes.

My husband I love y'alls channel! Your never trying to sell us stuff or make us feel guilty because we can't afford all organic or grass fed foods. But that we can still get healthy. I have one question I can't eat nuts or seeds because of medical reasons, so what do recommend in this and other recipes to use that call for nuts? Thanks in advance..

You could substitute coconut flour for almond flour (1/4 cup coconut flour to 1 cup almond flour) and you may need to add more moisture. Hope that helps 😊

We love the so nourished brand, we buy it on amazon (the link to our favorites list is in every video description box. Sweeteners are at the bottom if you want the exact one) I enjoy powdered products the most, I find they incorporate better and are less likely to leave a cooling taste. Also, it’s a one pound bag, which can be harder to find. You will probably go through yours less rapidly than we do, LOL. But they do have different sizing options. Hope that helps. 😊🌷

I have made this for many years before Keto but for our family reunion this year I made a regular and a low carb version of this as a Banana split version. Guess which one was gone first... the low carb version! The only really sugary thing was the one sliced banana I put under the sweetened whipped cream. We have always called ours the 4 Layer Delight but basically it’s the same recipe..❤️🧚🏻♀️
That’s a great story! Yes, this desert has been in our family also since the 1970s… My mother made it in the regular version when I was a child. In southern Idaho it was called filthy Wilma… Such a funny name. Now that we’ve gone keto, at family gatherings my relatives will ask for a clean Betty. 😂 😂😂

I forgot to tell you I bought the cream cheese with pineapple already smooth and sliced strawberries on top of whipped cream and sliced banana under the cream cheese layer next to crust so they wouldn’t turn brown. . . ❤️

I finally made this dessert today after fantasizing about it for weeks... with a few tweaks. For the crust, I used Alycia's (keto upgrade) Graham cracker recipe. I doubled the amount of cheesecake filling and whipped topping, since I was using a springform pan instead of square dish. And I only had lime juice instead of lemon 😅 but my curd is still yellow, so I don't think anyone will know the difference 🥴 can't wait to dig in later. Thanks for the awesome instructional video 😍
